Verizon Authorized Retailer – Victra, Modesto CA

Not my normal Verizon store but I needed some assistance. Stopped by for help and Brock helped me every step of the way. Personable and friendly. Stop by if you need anything related to Verizon.

I show to make payment twice. Both times they ask me to wait outside. Both times I just leave because they're not getting things done. I'm not waiting outside for someone who's not taking care of business and only accepting cash so they charge an extra $3 fee. I have a fiancee who's just as disappointed with Verizon as I am. We're leaving them as soon as contract is up.

Couple weeks ago I came here as a first time to get the service on my iPhone. Johnny helped me to get the phone worked as I expected. I was very satisfied with his service/support.

I came in and I had to change my service to Verizon because the area I’m in drops calls. The gentleman who helped me was very professional respectful and friendly. The people there are very professional and treated the people very well. I will recommend this place to anyone and the service is Great!

We moved from one carrier to Verizon. They provided great information that Verizon offers and helped us through the process. The team was knowledgeable and kudos to Berto who is very helpful and has gone out of his way to help us out.

It was the worst customer service. The phones were expensive they control the price you can find them cheaper at a real Verizon store not a retailer. Employee were on their phones they weren’t helping that much! The worst experience ever!

You fix my problem and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Can't ask for more than that on a rainy day

They told my husband that we qualified for a FREE Samsung tablet. The bill came which was a little over 30 dollars higher. I called, it was supposed to be a connection fee. The following month, same thing. Come to find out, the tablet wasn't at all FREE. It was 300 dollars! Now we're stuck with it. I need a new phone but can't get one yet until this stupid tablet is paid off. The 32 bucks a month could've bought me a new phone, Beware of their tactics! Yes, we should've realized that nothing is free. However, we had no idea that it wasn't a promotion. Taking advantage of older people is wrong! So sad they did this to us.

Francisco was very attentive, helpful and patient making sure my device was properly tested and configured, two thumbs up, Highly recommended!

Just left this place. I was willing to return the next day to pick up an upgraded phone they didnt have in stock. I hat my 2 daughters with me (under 10yo) they need to use the restroom. I was told they dont have a "public restroom" im sorry i thought i was a customer not some bum or tweaker just stopping in the use the restroom. Will never do business with this place.

Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Verizon products. While more than what I'm used to pay per month (ex-metro pcs customer) I think I will stay for awhile.

Joey was wonderful in helping me today. I would highly recommend friends and family to visit his store

ZERO STARS (IF IT WERE POSSIBLE) Terrible customer service - staff has serious attitude. Unreasonable wait times. Your time will be wasted. You've been warned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Compared to what I am used to the unlimited plans tend to be a little more expenisive but I can already see a better quality service and I received a much better phone than metro offers on their special offers. I'm pleased so far with my decision to switch.

Awful service and they scam you my phone was going to 30 bucks a month but when we went to another verizion store it was 20. Do not go here.

I enjoy this location for the quick customer service, the crew that works here are awesome to work with. I highly recommend this location.

Very nice employees, very knowledgeable, only place I go for my verizon help and any other tech help. Love it!
