5My absolute go to. He's reasonable, honest, and won't charge you for unnecessary things.
I called on the phone on a Thursday about my AC blowing hot air. Multiple mechanics told me it’s the compressor. Young agreed that it’s the compressor and told me he could get to it on Monday. Mind you this is during a nasty heat wave. He gave me a good price so I decided to wait the 4 days. I called him on Friday to confirm I’d bring the car on Monday, and he said actually he’s busy on Monday, could I bring it on Tuesday? Okay, no problem. I switched my WFH day to Tuesday to accommodate. Tuesday morning at 8: 30 I show up with my car. Young tells me he never ordered the part and now he can’t get it today and oh by the way, the cost will be $600 more than he quoted me. Now I’ve lost my WFH day and my AC is still blowing hot air in a heat wave. He straight up told me he forgot about me. Not sure why this also means the price needed to increase so much. I see this is not the only review that states this place raises the price when you walk in. Now I’m back to square one. Go somewhere else.
I called in Yesterday to replace the brake pads and they told me 185$. When i went today they told me 200$. They gave me a diffrrent price. Bad costumer service overall!

Been going to BMW dealer for most of my maintenance. Now that my warranty is over, started looking for a auto center for an affordable engine oil change. Vermont Auto Center was not only $70 cheaper than the dealer auto shop, they took less than 45min. With the dealer it usually takes 3-5 hours and you have to make a reservation.
