5It has been two months since I payed for my car with reciept on hand to be transfered to my name with my registracion, veronica has poor customer service as they kepted saying the dmv has made a mistake in transfering the new registracion under the old owners name, the workers that work in 8th street and alvarado veronica's insurance have no idea what they are doing and can't admit they made a mistake. I would of written down this bad review if they just admitted they messed up. I do dont recomend title and registracion transfer with this insurance, as soon as they give me back (if they do) my title and registracion I will be finding another insurance that are capable of doing their job correctly.

This is my second month with Veronica's Insurance. I got assisted with all my questions in regards to my policy by Daisy. Shes been great and answered all my questions when I first called to know what type of insurance would be best for me. They have the best prices and I was able to do everything through the phone. I haven't came in once, I recommend you guys to see Daisy she provides great customer service!
Veronica's insurance is trash is they referred an insurance to me that is HORRIBLE to work with. And now i go ask them to help me figure out whats going on and they just tell me they cant help me yet they referred it to me TERRIBLE COMPANY
