To New and Current tenants I'd recommend exploring other facilities before committing or continuing a lease here at Vert

This facility is a facade. The amenities are used as selling points yet the safety solutions and team communication are a huge opportunity.

My vehicle was stolen from the secured garage on 12.7.23. The experience is unfortunate but more so disheartening on how this incident was dealt with by Grey Star. As a new tenant I had expectations that this facility would have exceptional operational procedures and communication, they do not.

No communication was shared to the Vert community to build awareness about safety concerns. Expectations were continuously set in person by leasing agents/management that they were working hard to figure things out, but to no avail. I hoped for solutions but they continued to overlook a safety concern. I requested my case be escalated to Regional Management, its now been over a month and I have not been contacted.

Additional Nuances:
-The water is never hot. The pipes roar when trying to use hot water.
-Garbage lives in front of the building which serves as an invitation for people to come hang out and pick through it.
- Garbage tends to block high traffic alley area / entering and exiting parking garages
- Plenty cabinets, No drawers for kitchenware
- Sky light in bathroom is allocated over shower leaving the rest of the bathroom extremely dim.
- In the event of a power outage the Key Fob technology used will not allow doors to unlock. (No physical key/alternative option to enter)

I really wish I never moved here! As of today at 8: 42am I am being woken up by a fricking fire alarm! Prior to this there were cars raving their engines in the parking garage! The noise level is out of this world. Like my nervous system has had it! Like this place is HORRIBLE. Yesterday there was no hot water from 12-6pm!

The first month here my heating system was not working at all! Someone stole my sneakers from in front of my apartment door! Like really over this place. Grateful to have a roof over my head but I should’ve went elsewhere! Please whatever you do avoid this place at all costs!

The first chance I get to leave this place! I will. I can’t do a full year here! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The move in process was so smooth and pleasant. Katelynn was very patient with my questions and explained everything to me. The entire team are always in good spirits which helps a lot. Shout out to Brandon and Will for helping me choose the right place!

Major issues with the water boiler system. Every now and then it’s good but majority of the time there is no hot water in my unit. Been complaining about it for the past 3 months. Sucks! Sent out multiple requests and my last few emails were ignored. Only reason for the 3 stars. Other than that I love my apartment.

Update: water Luke warm only at this point for the past month. Dealing with this issue for the past 3. Nobody cares to solve this issue.

Came to tour the property without having an official appointment, and was still able to get toured and got attended very well by Brandon. Great tour, and was greeted very kindly by Lisa when I walked in. Beautiful property and amenities! Very pet friendly!

I have to say a good word about Lisa from management. She not only beautiful she also very professional, knowledgeable, patient, she’s very responsive and always willing to help with any issues. Thank you Lisa.

The community here at VERT is always very well manicured and maintained, and the cleaning staff is busily on the job, cleaning and attending to the details of the buildings appearance, on a daily basis.

Clean and classy. Solid amenities. All the tenants I know have nothing but good to say. Shoutout to the exceptional Lisa from management!

I moved from outside the state, so I wasn’t able to walk the space prior to committing. Despite it all, Vert produced! Their management team is great to say least - responsive, kind, & knowledgeable. Pictures and advertisement matched reality of what was being described. Great place to call home!

I just moved in to vert and honestly so far so good. The process was so smooth. The people in this apartment seem to be more “alive” than my previous one. Management is nice and responsive. The apartment itself is great. I really love it here! Katelynn is so nice and helpful. She helps and cooperates with her residents.

Moving in was seamless as Lisa was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. Neighbors are very friendly. The view of the valley is exceptional from the sky deck. If you are someone who appreciates green living, this is the place to be. Friendly, fun, fantastic views and a sense of community give this complex a 5 star rating!

Great place for family Greystar is running a tight ship. Doesn’t have any major issues. There is covered parking, trash, 4 outdoor community areas/skydecks, unusable bike room, clubhouse, 24 hour gym, yoga studio, stationary bike room and helpful maintenance and cleaning staff.

I recently moved into Vert within 2 weeks. So far my experience has been great and absolutely pleased with it. I worked with Lisa and other leasing agents and manager assistant. They are all the best!

Finally moved out after two years.loved it here but was saddened by the move out fees.totally unexpected.love the staff loved my unit too.
