Incredibly helpful and caring staff. I found a cat outside a grocery store left there by his owners. I took him to Vet Villa in the off chance they had an open appointment slot. And they fit me right in instantly. They got the cat tested and vaccinated immediately and he’s got a clean bill of health now. Thank you Vet Villa!

Every visit is great. My cat has a lot of anxiety which gives me anxiety about not being able to go inside with her. I always feel taken care of and lots of opportunities to ask questions. Clear communication with staff

I called to mk an appmt for our 1st time visit, the wait is til the end of nxt week - my pet will suffer for another week? It's ridiculous when
they have 3 vets & u have to fill out a form
on their website then they call u to mk an appmt, a lot of song & dance to see these vets.too bad, I was ready to mk this place my vets for my 6 cats.

I love this vet. Everyone is kind and warm and clearly loves animals. That’s how it should be but hadn’t always been my experience. They are always on time for appointments - I never have to wait. And they are friendly and knowledgeable and positive. They have helped make a usually stressful experience much more enjoyable. Thank you!

Dr. Li and the Vet Villa team are excellent, and I'm so grateful to have found her to be the quarterback for Grace Kelly's care. Dr. Li is thorough and knowledgeable. She follows up with me promptly by email with the resources she recommends during our appointment, which I really appreciate. Our appointments are never rushed, and I always feel that my concerns about Grace's condition are well addressed.

Like the information I receive from the Vets, I like the email communication and the curbside appointments along with the regular appointments. I have had only good experiences here and I have had miserable ones elsewhere. Especially liked the terrific help I had with the international travel certificate, it was a time crunch.

Best vet that I have been to! I'm very sad to be moving away from them. They always accommodated my anxious dog and would call to check in with me about her in between appointments. Communication always felt very genuine and not in the interests of money (different from other vets we've been to). They also were able to recommend more affordable options for medications when the costs were too pricey for me. Thank you for your exceptional care, Vet Villa!

This hospital is very very awful! If you want your pet to be in bad hands, come to this place! None of our six pets' rabies vaccine certificates were correct! They were all wrong! Some had incorrect batch numbers, some had the wrong product names, and the most ridiculous thing is that several microchip numbers were omitted! When I asked them to correct it, their receptionists were as stubborn as rocks, absolutely refusing to make any changes. As a result, my pets can't get the necessary documentation to go to China for USDA health certification. Never come!

So far all my experiences have been positive with all aspects of the clinic. Effective, efficient, friendly and great communication.

I had to edit my 5 star review, this hospital has gone downhill very quickly, all the good vets have left and the customer service is non existent. I have called several times to schedule and they said they will call back to schedule us but they forget so we call again and it’s the same story like a broken record.
I guess Dr. Swimmer doesn’t care anymore and stopped training the ppl working there.
