Terrible patient service from the front desk staff! Every time I've called over the last two weeks they have put me on hold for over 15 minutes. I haven't always had time to wait, so I hang up and try again later. Today I finally asked if I could get a call back when someone was available and they said no, I had to wait on hold. So I called back AGAIN, when I had more time and could wait, I was on hold for 37 MINUTES! And someone FINALLY picks up and ask if I've been helped and I say "No, I haven't been helped, and it's been more than 30 minutes". And the front desk person just says "oh, how can I help you".

Basic customer service, acknowledge that 30+ minutes is an unusual amount to hold and apologize! If a 30+ minutes does not register for you, then you aren't the vet for me.

Our first and only time actually seeing this vet (just moved into the area) we had to wait over 1hour after our scheduled appointment.

When I called to schedule a follow-up the front desk people could not answer basic questions like if they charge for a follow-up appointment and how much!

Vet seemed knowledgeable, but the overall experience is not worth it. My dogs are older and we've moved around A LOT, so we've dealt with a lot of different offices and this is a notably terrible experience and we will not be coming back!

The absolute best place to go, 100%. I've known Dr. Beltran since my elementary school days in the Kideract program. I admired how great of a person he was then and I still do today. There aren't enough people like him as he is genuinely one of the most kindhearted individuals alive. My pug has constant health issues and I only trust bringing her here.

He isnt the only amazing Dr.working there. The other vets are all top-of-the-line, especially dr. Palmeri. When emergencies come up, and I'm unable to see Dr. Beltran, I'm always trying to see Palmeri. He's incredibly knowledgable and breaks things down in a very simplistic way that doesnt make me feel like I'm dumb. He also answers a lot of my questions and makes sure everything is taken care of, even things that she wasn't originally there for.

With Covid19, it's been a little difficult adapting to the way things have changed (particularly with walk-ins and the lack of available appointments), but the receptionists and technicians all do an exemplary job at maintaining safe protocols. Can't recommend this place enough.

We've been bringing our babies here for 2 years. During the pandemic, the visits are not as pleasant due to the changes made to keep patrons safe. Nevertheless, we are safe and healthy.

This place is HORRIBLE. They give you an appointment yet you won't get seen until over an hour later. The staff spends more time talking to each other, putting incoming calls on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time and running to the ice cream truck parked outside than tending to the patients. After the long wait you can expect mediocre service. If i could give this place 0 stars I would.

Dr Beltran can always figure what is wrong with my dig and fixes her up. His staff is awesome! So polite and helpful even when my old dog is grumpy.

This is the best veterinary clinic/hospital. They are always busy but they always try to get you in quickly. The entire staff is always very helpful and pleasant. The vets take the time to answer your questions and concerns. The entire place is spotless clean. I would never go anywhere else.

Drs.are great. Techs are great. However usually waiting a long time on phone. (20 mins) I needed to get an antibiotic for a recurring problem, Staff said they would pass message to Dr. Never received a call back. Called the next day and they didn’t know what I was talking about. Passed the message again and waited. Nothing! I just feel like they want you to make an appointment and pay for visit. Not too thrilled.

I didn't had any service for my cat, just the exam was more than 70.00, too much for my budget, i went.back next day to my veterinary for more than 10 years.

I have used Dr Beltran for over 20 years with all of my dogs, his whole team is great! My current dog has recently seen Dr Odama too. I drive from Mission Viejo because their prices are fair & he's gentle & kind to my pets & I TRUST his opinion with any treatment needed. I highly recommend

Dr. Beltran is the best Vet in the world. He doesn't waste your time or money on unnecessary treatments.

Dr. Beltran and the staff here are wonderful! The facilities are clean and the pricing is well within reason of the quality of care given. Doctor B.always listens to my questions and concern with patience and kindness. He is never condescending which I have experienced with other doctors in general. I know he has my children’s well-being at heart. Dr. Beltran is a humanitarian and an awesome vet. Thank you for caring.

Very long wait. We had an appointment at 9pm and they still made is wait. The doctor did not see us until 10: 15pm. After the check up and the refill of pills we did not finish until 11 pm. Too long of a wait for okay service.

My original Vet was closed. Thought I give THIS one a try because it's good to have back up. Walk-in. Was told the wait is one hour because there was some one ahead of me. 2 1/2 Hours later. There is still one person ahead of me. I was upset and walked out. WENT back to my original Vet. 8 people in front of me.but in 1 hour I was completely done.

Can't depend on this place if my pet's life was depending on it. I will never go back.

My first time there with my new little chihuahua Lady. They are super helpful and really there for our animal fridnds!

Have been coming for a lifetime with my pets because they are the only ones by my house. Good care. They are very expensive though.

I took my doggie since she was a puppy, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I've called to ask questions and have always gotten help. They've changed their hours but it's also a great place if you have an emergency.

Perfect balance of loving pet care and sensible fiscal decision making. I've even been sent home with a $0 bill when I'm being an overly cautious doggie mom. I adore this place!

I went to here first time I felt workers were friendly. But today I called it the speaker was rudely I’m sure my phone was working but she didn’t answer me and pretends not to heard FOUR TIMES! It’s losing my time and health about my cat. I didn’t get the answer yet, she said walk in tomorrow and put the phone down OMG I'm not finished my name and address are all WRONG I want they to fix it.

NOW I’M NOT SURE ITS A GOOD HOSPITAL FOR MY CAT

Dr. Beltran is amazing. Great with dogs and their owners. Have been bringing my pets here for over a decade and always recommend him to all my friends.

Very clean & pet friendly. The staff is very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. Waiting time was very minimal.
