The staff are friendly and attentive, their service was great so fast we’re there for 20 minutes only.

Very helpful staff. Wait times not long for as many people as were being served. Was able to get information needed to my doctors to move forward with healing quickly.

I told the technician I had to pee first and he said fine I’ll go to the next person then. I felt like punching him but held it until ct scan was over also. I asked the receptionist how long was the wait and she said we don’t do that here that was so rude… Clearly she knew how long it would be but doesn’t tell anyone

This was the best radiology or imaging place that I've seen in a long time. The wait was minimal compared to the large amount of people so I'm very happy. The medical professionals were friendly and helpful and I appreciate that as well.

X-ray technician was absolutely fantastic she knew just how to put the IV in and the contrast warm my buns experience was wonderful

I was disappointed because there sign said patients only. I sat in a waiting room with 7 chairs and 6 of them were 3 couples. Other people were standing and waiting. My wife was sitting out in the hot car because we followed the rules.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and organized. Would not hesitate to return if need be.

Well the people at front desk very very nice and helpful, but the one that did the CT scan was rude, left after test and I had trouble getting up. Did not like her attitude and not helpful at all

My experience was fast, and professional at the place I had my e-ray taken. Unfortunately I was given bad information on the phone line when I tried to make an appointment. I was told x-rays were done on a walk-in only basis and at any office. I went to the office on Bear Valley Rd.was told x-rays were only done by appointment and was sent to another office. If I had used IEHP ride service like I had plan I would have been even more upset, and would have had to reschedule five days later.

I was greeted outside when it was time for me to go in for my MRI. Both technicians were kind, thoughtful and sweet and professional. I was made very comfortable to go into the tube. I was in there for approximately 40 minutes but it seemed like no time had passed when it was over. Thankyou so much for a great experience!

I was ‘in and out’ in a very short time and every staff person I encountered was nothing less than professional and very courteous!
