The staff was okay but the supervisor oh was just bad my father was admitted here the nurses were great especially Jose great staff but the supervisor or head was bad also the bathroom are TERRIBLE but yeah overall it's an okay hospital do recommend if you need to go to the hospital for emergency if it's not go to another hospital.

I have had nothing less than the best most professional care every time I have been to Victor Valley Global Medical Center. The staff is always amazing, especially considering the stressful conditions they work day in and day out. Three times I have been to the emergency room in the most dire condition, and have been immediately tendend to. I have been to bigger hospitals, but none compare to the care and treatment I have received here. Thank you all for your amazing service

We had a great experience with the personnel working at the front desk, The nurses are very professional knowledgeable, and special thank you Cameron and Pamela for helping find the right hospital for her surgery and treatment

Worst hospital experience ever, they put in a faulty g-tube for my father, and when we took him back in to get it fixed, they wouldn't admit him and said that they don't dot hat here.the staff was rude from nurse, to charge nurse, to house supervisor in the ER. Do not take your loved ones here because they will be mistreated, neglected, or not even seen.

When I was admitted for exacerbation of heart failure I was very scared, depressed, and felt like there was not much left for me to keep fighting for. Then Josh Licon appeared and changed everything. From the first moment he showed so much concern and compassion. He instinctively knew that I needed to feel like I still mattered and pulled me out of the hole I was sinking into. One can’t measure the value or worth of someone like Josh, but I really hope Victor Valley Hospital realizes what a prize they have in him. I don’t even think I would have gone forward with my treatment if not for his positive encouragement the entire way. I hope all the good things he has done for others come back to him ten fold in his life. I am so blessed to have crossed paths with him! 8/30 9pm, the nurses & doctors were amazing. They were extremely nice, took care of me, and made sure I was okay. They kept checking up on me. Thank you, Victor Valley Global Medical Center

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN HAVING SEIZURES SUDDENLY AND HE HAPPENED TO HAVE ONE DURING MY SONS FOOTBALL GAME SO THE AMBULANCE WAS CALLED AND THEY LET ME KNOW THEY WILL BE TRANSPORTING HIM TO THIS HOSPITAL. IM NOT FROM THE AREA SO I HAD NO CLUE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND DIRTY THIS HOSPITAL IS. SO I MEET MY HUSBAND AT THE HOSPITAL I GO INTO THE ER DEPT. I SPEAK WITH A LATINA WOMEN SITTING IN THE FRONT AND TELL HER I WANT TO CHECK IN SO WHEN MY HUSBAND IS IN THE SYSTEM YOURE AWARE HE HAS FAMILY IN THE WAITING AREA. WELL SHE TELLS ME THEY HAVE NO ONE BY THAT NAME. I TELL HER THE AMBULANCE TOLD ME THEY WERE BRINGING HIM HERE SHE SAID WELL THE AMBULANCE PROBABLY CHANGED THEIR MIND AND FOR ME TO CALL OTHER HOSPITALS IN THE AREA SO I RUN OUT TO MY CAR AND BEGIN CALLING OTHER HOSPITALS AND STILL NO LUCK SO I DECIDED TO CALL THIS HOSPITAL JUST TO ASK 1 MORE TIME WELL I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT MY HUSBAND WAS INFACT THERE. SO I RUSH BACK IN TO LET THIS UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE IN AND RATHER THAN HER APOLOGIZE SHE BEGINS TO BLAME OTHER STAFF AND GIVES ME ATTITUDE AS IF I AM BOTHERING HER WITH MY TROUBLES. LISTEN ITS YOUR JOB TO DO YOUR DUE DELIGENCE AND MAKE SURE FAMILY ISNT IN DISTRESS SEARCHING FOR A FAMILY MEMBER. EMPLOYEES LIKE HER MAKE HOSPITALS REPUTATION SINK. I NEVER RECEIVED AN APOLOGY. MY 14 YEAR OLD SON WAS IN TEARS FEARING WE WOULDNT FIND HIS DAD AND THIS LAZY FRONT DESK NURSE COULD CARE LESS. DO BETTER!

I don't know who these geniuses are, but they keep trying to send a fax to my cell phone number.

The worst hospital in this area, the nurses only communicate by text with the doctors and if the doctors answer it is a miracle. Some nurses obviously don't have patience because they leave all the responsibility to them. Two weeks with my brother and I have never lived this experience so badly, I don't know why they haven't done anything to improve.we had to transfer to another hospital.

Like several people have said, worst hospital up here go anywhere else. They took 8 hours from scheduled arrival time and scheduled surgery time, no phone call either when my family member was done. I had to call twice to check in for an update and the front desk lady is so rude. They have no idea what is even going on. They finally gave me a call when I SHOWED UP, that I can pick her up but that I have to wait 30 minutes. I leave for 10 minutes and then they call again saying my family member is waiting and where is my parked car. I let the person who called me have it because why tell me okay 30 more minutes and then have me leave only to call me again right away. I had to drive back and then I’m still left WAITING another 20 minutes. Just inconsiderate and inefficient staff running this place honestly.

ER is filthy. The area with the beds looks like a tornado went through it. They do not sanitize anything. A sick person ises a wheel chair and gets up, they give the chair to the next person without cleaning it! Same with the bed area and waiting area. Disgusting!

This place is trash they couldn't even wheel me out I had to ask for water five times left in pain and treated like garbage

WHAT EVER YOU DO STAY AWAY! This hospital is sooo UNPROFESSIONAL! ALL nurses and hospital personnels just chitchat and laugh and don’t do their jobs! They refuse to take anything serious.

I spent a total of 11 days in this hospital after my car accident and i have to say it was a hit and miss.the nurses and doctors weren’t very attentive, they have a habit of passing on false information or just not passing information on at all.getting updates regarding my own health was quite literally like pulling out my teeth.on the other hand, my CNAs, certain Nurses, and Er Techs were quite literally some of the most amazing people i’ve met. Lorena, Ashley, miss Vickie, Jonetta, Yaneli, Lupe, Maria, Jose, Josue, Josh, miss Ladonna, and many more were so amazing.the Cnas make this hospital, if it weren’t for them i don’t even know what i would have done.thank you to everyone who made my stay a little more bearable and comfortable.i’m so grateful to the amazing staff that works here.

This hospital is very unprofessional. My father had an emergency and came here for help and they told him "they couldn't help him regarding his problem here because they did not have equipment like other hospitals have" What kind of hospital says that!? If you are in a real emergency do not come here. Travel to a better hospital.

I came out from North Carolina to help with my mom, And Teresa, Keith, Gina, Maritoni, Amber and Angie all went above and beyond for us. We always hear the bad and I wanted to give this team a major shout out. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I was sent to the ER by my physician at around 6pm on 7/17. From check in, to the phlebotomist, to the CT tech, to the person who did my EKG, to the nurse who administered medication and explained my condition and discharged me in the back, All were very pleasant and professional. If my review were based only on these staff members, I would give 5 stars.

It was sort of reckless of the physician to see that I was sent by referral for a hypertensive crisis and she didn't have me get any meds to lower my blood pressure until like 10pm.

It's a shame that the place is so grotesquely rundown. The bathroom door in the waiting room doesnt lock, there was urine everywhere, not enough seating, a weird loud portable air conditioning unit in the middle of the waiting room. It's just dirty.

What a joke of a hospital, appt scheduled for 11am and told to be here at 7, didn't get into surgery until 3, no phone call like they said they would do when she was done. Left me sitting in the car wondering for 4 hours on a 30 minute procedure. Super rude staff did absolutely nothing for my wife, not even ice chips. Her heart rate was low and they didn't even think to get her some water or ice chips. Or even check if she was feeling ok. They forgot about her this morning and let 4 people go ahead of her, when she was SCHEDULED for an appt. Worst experience ever. Highly recommend not going here if possible what a nightmare.
