I been getting my tape in done with Vicky for 2 years. I came in 2 weeks ago to get tape in but she convinced me to get a weft. I paid $700. At first they looked fine but they did look a different from what I’m used to. A week after I washed my hair and they looked terrible they looked nothing like before, they were so frizzy and didn’t matched my hair anymore and they were super hard to hid and when I tried straightening them they looked burned and almost like synthetic like. I proceeded to message her and besides her attitude she agreed to fix them and switch them out for tape in. I came in today and she had a terrible attitude and when removing the weft I could feel her cutting my own hair, and when she was pulling them out she was tugging so hard and pulling my hair out. She’s done my hair before and that’s not how she usually is.the whole time she was complaining and making me feel super uncomfortable and intimidated. I had paid her for 200 grams of hair before but she only put less than 100 grams this time but I didn’t say anything and she cut them so short to be pettty. I been getting my hair extensions with her multiple times and I have never complained but I honestly didn’t like them and I pay so much money for them to only last me 2 weeks, i understand she had to put in new hair extensions and her time but how she treated me was so hostile and unprofessional. She for sure lost a repeated customer. So I say please stay away besides her ugly attitude her place is no better, with her prices you can go literally else where for less then and a better experience.
