If there's 0 stars, I'll give this rude store staff the 0 stars because that's what they deserve. I have a Victoria's secret credit card and have always shopped instore and online. Today, I encountered the rudest employees and manager. Aside from the attitude, they wouldn't give me an extra bag for a gift I purchased.
I am an avid Victoria's Secret customer, but rarely go into the stores due to the ridiculously long waits in line, just to check out. For the first time, I tried making a purchase online. I also decided to pick up at a different store. I'm not sure if one or both of these changes made the difference, but I was able to take care of my purchase in record time. I prefer shopping in person and next time will absolutely go to this store to see if I get the same results. I feel like it was more of the great customer service than anything else. I wasn't in the store for 2 seconds when I was greeted by an associate. That was never the case in the other store where I have shopped in the past. Kudos to Victoria's Secret in Los Cerritos Center for their phenomenal and totally amazing customer service!
Messy and rude attendants. Victoria Secret should hires more polite and attentive vendors to solve the customer doubts.
