Needed a tissue. There was a bit of smoothie on the floor. This female said no they don't have any to clean. I come back to clean it. And a coworker stepped on it and grabbed their paper towels. I said wow, so you can clean the mess. I thought it strange since every store is required to keep a "clean" standard.

I leave, not being helped. I come back and the same lady is talking tea about how I wasn't helped and it's not a big deal because I was buying 30 dollars worth of underwaer
Well sorry to say I was spending 500, since I had lost a bunch a weight and am ready to buy all new clothes. But this person had ruined it

There’s a mean Latino sales woman here at this fashion valley location.
I entered the store and I was checking something on Victoria secret online with my cellphone at the side of the entrance.
As I standing right there, this Latino salesperson who told me due to the security sensor move to the front so I won’t disturb the security sensor. So I stepped out and moved but she still telling me “you still on the line! ” with rude loud voice. I couldn’t believe how rude she was. She treated me rude loud voice and manner so I just stepped out outside. She didn’t even ask me to any help but remove the customer just because no big deal thing. I won’t come back this location anymore.

Those saleswomen are NOT professional trained peoples here.

The staff made me feel uncomfortable I was watched which I am ok with because I am not a thief but the staff was minority as I am. To end the experience the cashier basically asked me am I including my keychain that was purchased prior to this visit that had my keys and valet tag on it; she was so observant of this item but did not apply the discount to the bra that was on sale with the red mark on it. My sister stated I shouldn’t purchased anything but this is the first time I had this issues at VS as a customer for many years! Just grateful had better experience in other stores Gucci, Cheesecake Factory, Macy and Swarovski was awesome! Staff can use some diversity training.

I like how modern they are, when you enter the fitting room you have a touch screen where they put your name digitally, and you can order the size you need digitally.

As a man you got to love this place! Because of the cologne they have for men here that is why. Only 2 of them to choose from but it is a good 2!

Just walked into store to exchange and sales rep with big eyebrows told us we can exchange and when we came back the other sales rep said no. We were lied to and told false information. Worst experience ever. Don’t buy from them and if you do, don’t go to Rosa and Valerie they don’t know what they’re doing. Please get employees that know what their doing. Bc they dont know how to do their job. It’s such an easy job too.

Garbage products and garbage service. Went to take a bra back because the metal V insignia completely broke after wearing it twice. They don't take back worn items and they won't replace it.

Stopped in during the valentine's/sale. Clearenced tuff was incredibly unorganized, there wasn't that much of it, but it was all over.

In the past it was more aggressive with better prices today it has become very expensive even by American standards

Never disappoint! I Can always easily return any items that did not work out. However if you are at a shopping mall that has both PINK and Victoria Secret, it must be returned to the store where ir was bought. UNLESS it is an ONLINE order, then you are able to return it at ANY store. Additionally, they always have random good deals online when you use their codes. I recently got a blanket and a bag with my orders.
