Victoria's Secret & PINK, Fresno CA

Super great store come here about twice a week and the staff is very helpful and the store is always clean and nice to be at!

I asked "can I return this? " And the cashier said "no. " I repeated "no? " back to her and she told me "just kidding". What? I don't need jokes or sass.

The store is small, but they make a great use of the space. The lighting is horrible, it is too dark not an intimate feeling. The employees were attending to the products and not the people.

I only gave it 5 stars because I know people will see it, only ONE person was willing to assist me with getting my money refunded, everyone else pushed me to call customer service over an issue customer service would not have been able to handle.

Bridget is amazing i loved ber personality and wanted to say she us amazing and will help you feel like you dont want to leace she is a bundle of joy and helped me and my shortly but we loved her and kept asking her for advice! And even at the end ahe made sure to bring us out out free tote bags! Thanks again Bridget for making an impression and making us want to come back to visit lol!

Took daughter shopping staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to make our visit easy. Prices are average I guess don't have anything to compair to.

I wanted to get the pink colligate backpack so I called 3 times asking if they had it before I went inside the mall I called asking if they still had it and when I went it they lady said they had ran out I was so disappointed and irritated and they couldn’t order it Bc there WiFi wasn’t working so they told me to come back the next day like if gas didn’t cost anything overall my experience was awful

So I got a gift card for my birthday and I went to use it to order some things online and my card wouldn't go through so I called 800 customer service number and someone used my card in a store in Valencia which is down south and I live in Fresno and when I called the customer service number they pretty much told me that they would forward the information to their corporate office but there's nothing that they can do and then so sure enough about three weeks later I get a letter in the mail basically stating that there's nothing that they can do to help me and so now I'm just without a gift card that my coworker spent $50 on on her credit card to go purchase for my birthday but there's nothing I can do. This is ridiculous for a huge store like this to have a horrible policy on fraud.

Always happy the staff was so helpful and will definitely be going back.
The only bad thing I can say is, you guys are always out of my perfume "Very Sexy" for women.

5 stars because I love VS. The staff seemed bothered that we were shopping. The lines were huge and none of the employees that were standing around talking bothered to help.

Store was inviting and organized well. Associates kept asking us if we needed help during our trip through. Only opportunity, the on sale merchandise displays needs to be detailed due to incorrect sizes being placed in the wrong bins causing customers to make more of a mess.than necessary.

I really do love this store.it sucks they lowered my limit on my credit card though.so no more shopping there for awhile.

The employees are so kind and helpful! It was a pleasantly smooth and quick visit. They didn't even badger you to buy or look at anything other than what you wanted
