Victoria's Secret & PINK, San Bernardino CA

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant of stopping by with everything going on. However, I can honestly say that during a pandemic I had the best experience ever from prior to entering, the greeting from a gentleman, to the flow of traffictraffic throughout the store. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Customer service was great thank you for all of you to have customers enjoy their shopping.

This place is really dusty. I don't know if they have a cleaning crew or same cashiers but this place needs some cleaning.

Had lots of friendly help.but a huge line and only two cashiers. I talked to one of the managers I think her name was Bri and told her how there was alot of people, and I said theres like 20 people, and she goes " there is not 20 people here my friend " like okay. Not manager material at all

I dont know why i wasted my time coming to this location to make my exchange from an online purchase. Never have what I need and the line is always long.

Brought my nieces to shop and they got really cute stuff for awesome prices cuz they had an awesome sale going on and let us use the mailed coupons

I had looked online first and made a few selections. When I got to the store I couldn't find what I wanted and felt overwhelmed at first but Jackie helped me get the shirt in my size off the display, and instructed me how to order what I wanted online in the store to have shipped to me! I'm very pleased and impressed with this level of service. Definitely will go back again.

Go to ANY other Victoria Secrets! Here they have RUDE customer service from their manager! We chose to spend our hard earned money here not to have a horrible shopping experience! The lines are long and they never have variety of sizes! The only reason for the one star is that I had to put on to write a review!

Horrible customer service waited over 45mins to finally get rung up. They are so slow chatting and laughing with the customers instead of ringing them up when there’s a line of 20 plus people! I asked one of the cashiers to stop chatting and be considerate of the people standing here waiting for so long. Did she apologize? Nope have me attitude saying she was finishing up after she had been with them same customer for 20 mins. I will never go back to that location.

I LOVE how the staff here are always so helpful. They offer assistance without making you feeling insecure to say yes lol.

I like how pink and Victoria secret are connected unlike Ontario Mills. Ppl working there can be rude at times. They need better training behind the register. Shouldn't have to talk to a manager Everytime for a transaction.

Associate very helpful and attentive. Always having great sales. Would be perfect if we could do away with the long lines, but what do you expect when you have great sales?

I love their products, but not always the employees. Sometimes they won't leave you alone to shop, but when you need someone, there is no employee to be found.

Staff was very nice and very helpful but there were at least 12 customers in line and only one person at the register. This was on a busy Saturday afternoon. This seems to be a habit for them when there are a lot of people in line.

I came to Victoria Secret to grab a lipgloss. There was one cashier at the register and their was 12+ people standing in line. This is poor management and poor customer service on VS part. I will not be coming back here ever again because VS doesn’t value people’s time. Unprofessional and I’ll be calling into corporate to let them know about this.

Yesterday I visited this location
Every time I go the girls are usually really really nice & very helpful.
But for some reason yesterday that was not the case, I had two girls be extremely rude and not willing to help.
Including the cashier that was ringing me up
My victoria’s Secret credit card was recently stolen so I was using my ID to purchase my items.
She seemed upset and when she handed me my receipt she handed it to me without saying have a good day or thank you,
she just handed me the receipt and walked away.

The main reason why I like to shop at Victoria’s Secret is because everyone is very nice and even though the lines may be long at times everybody is very helpful.

I'm unlucky enough to go and it's always messy, I almost always struggled to find something I liked.but I give it 4 stars because the girls who work here attend me kindly.

I bought a gift card and when I went to use it it was zero balance. I dont understand how that is possible if I had the card with me the whole time. The girls there dont help they just give you a number to call and when you call the 1800 number they dont resolve anything.

They really need to get a handle on customer service, which is extremely poor. Every time I come here, the line is ridiculous. Tonight, it was a half hour. There was only one person at the register and at least 10 people in line. I counted four staff members. Finally, a second person came to the register.
