Victoria's Secret & PINK, San Francisco CA

They do not honor the return policy at this store. I tried to return a bra that didn't fit. The website and posted signs state that you can return things you don't love within 120 days as long as the sewn in tags are not cut out. The woman at the register told me that because of covid they are not taking anything that has been worn and the price tags must be still be attached. This is NOT posted anywhere in the store or on the website. I talked to someone else on my way out and they told me that I could actually return it. I then had to get back in line, just to get the same employee from before at the register. This made me very uncomfortable because I shop here often and have to return things that don't fit because the fitting rooms are closed currently. Their employees need to be retrained on the store return policy and have signs posted if their rules are different than all other Victorias Secret stores.

Loved how the second floor was immediately leading into the PINK. Loved the assortment of bras and lingerie, don’t see that everyday. Very fancy inside and out.

If you love VS, this is THE VS. Appropriate lingerie for young women and adults. Massive selection and great staffing.

Except for one stuck up judgemental older hisp.gril everyone else was polite pleasant and grate thank you

The one in the city very cool store 2 floors in a very exciting area in San Francisco Union square if you love pink this would be your store

Huge store with all the varieties. This outlet is better than the store at westfield mall.
Pros:
1. More varieties
2. Heart of the business Center at the San Francisco.
3. Helpful staff,
4.more than 6 checkout counters
5. Always some sale.

Cons:
1. Half of their checkout counters are closed, that's okay in normal days but on sell days little long queues.

So, go for it! You'll love the collection at this awesome store of combination with PINK & Victoria Secret.

Can a mom who lives sales. Found heaven at this store. The employees were very friendly and helped with any questions I asked. After having a child almost 3 years ago my body has changed in ways. So clothes fit different. They were very nice in informing me about current sales they had going on. I bought the most comfy robe every I wear it everywhere if I could. My son love the pockets on it. It's a very big store so take your time looking around. I loved the fitting room they are the size of some 1 bedrooms I've been in before. Nice clean fitting room areas. If I could have the store more stars I would.

This VS has the best selection out of most shops because it's a flagship store meaning they have the line the girls wear in the fashion show. Only wish they would bring their swimsuit line back

It is located very nicely. The people who worked there were very friendly, especially the ladies who worked in the PINK section. There were a lot of bras my size, and they were all very pretty. I also got mesured and they gave me the correct size right away! I had a very positive experience, and I deffinitely reccomend this Victoria Secret and PINK.

Signage isn't clear. Sale signs are often near merchandise that is not on sale. Checkout lines are long and slow even though there always seem to be plenty of associates.

Its a very nice place with very helpful staff. I got myself fitted and it was nice! Too bad the fitting rooms have no AC. I was sweating the whole time. Its a bit pricy though. I bought their classic black sweatpants for $55 it was very warm so I feel like it's worth it.

When i was there with my wife, i saw loads of uncomfortable men trying not to look like it bothered them being there; but it showed.

Organized and calm at the VS section which is perfect! But not so kind and helpful at purchasing.
