Victoria's Secret & PINK, Milpitas CA

Just left this store at 10: 22am on December 3rd 2022. The cashier was not pleasant she had me waiting in line didn’t even ask me if I was ready or if she could help! Had an attitude, but as I exited I realized she probably didn’t like black people. I will keep my hard earned money and take it where they have at least min good customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

The store has definitely declined. The entire feel of the store has detoriated. The display is poor, the people at the front desk no longer greet you. Even the membership discounts are no longer available for most buys. And most importantly, the sales are now all final.no returns or exchanges! That's a lot of reason to avoid this store the next time!

Been here a few times over the years. Did not find a any good deals or not a lot of items were on sale the last time - around Thanksgiving 2022.

We didn't know this one existed, she found things that she couldn't find anymore and at great price

Service is terrible. Full of young teens who just stand around and do nothing. One of them (glasses, long hair) had a bad attitude and I felt very uncomfortable asking her for help

Everything is very cheap.up to 70% off.perfumes, body and hands creams. Clothes panties and pras or $5/$10/$15

Wonderful staff! Made me feel welcomed. There was alot of staff to answer any questions i had. Will definitely go back to this location

A little bit disappointed that some of the fragrances and clothing that I wanted to get weren't there because it is a factory discount store which I didn't realize but the prices were really good

The girls have no working ethics, they are like robots and don't help to find the things people ask they just point out with their finger

Worst service and the people doesn't seem to know much about sales or what's going on.

High end, probably overpriced beauty lingerie and other ladies products. Definitely nice stuff, though.

I like it the only thing is is that if you go to the great Mall there are an outlet mall so therefore they do not exchange or refund anything and you have to pick through all the pieces to find matching sets so I'm guessing that's why it's particularly outlet in this prices are set the way they are.but all I know if you take your time and do you be nice to the ladies that work there they will assist you and help you try to find matching sets.
