What a great find. Picture Chipotle style but a million times better, with way more options, better salsa and KETO tacos. This place is legit to bad its only in Bakersfield!

You guys always surprise me. Your food is so delicious and flavorful. Way better than chipotle.

I order a wet burrito today through Uber Eats. My taste buds went on a journey that’s for sure. Absolutely delicious food, every single time.

Really good food. Take off of that fast food. Mexican Grill but MUCH better food, quality, and service.

No idea why a 5 star rating. Mediocre/bland food though healthy. “Sorry we don’t start serving lunch for 3 more minutes. ” One of those places. Meh.

I just edited my original response. The food is great and the overall staff is friendly, but the online orders are terrible. I have given them multiple chances to improve but it's not a priority for them. Don't waste your time and just go through the line. If not you will wait longer than if hadn't.

Oh the cashier with bleach blonde hair is not friendly, nor will she ever apologize.

Great breakfast burrito but had to wait over 20 minutes past original Postmates estimated pickup time for 1 burrito.

Seemed very unorganized for breakfast. They didn’t open until about 0740, and the employee was on the phone for an additional 10 minutes taking phone orders. Some people in line actually left because they didn’t want to wait for service. They weren’t even greeted

HORRIBLE! Just got the most unsatisfactory meal forever! My enchiladas were BURNED to a crisp and could NOT be eaten! Everything else might be 3 star at the the best. Highly UNRECOMEND this restaurant.

Food is well cooked but very bland, they changed the Cilantro lime salsa to cilantro and dried crumb cheese which used to taste tangy and turned to salty.

Usually I love this place, but we were recently given 100% raw bacon in our breakfast burrito. Couldn’t be more disgusted. Had to throw the whole thing out & it was a waste of money.

The flavor was good, they just need to learn how to PROPERLY roll burritos, each bite, was a layer, to enjoy the delicious flavors and have all ingredients in ONE bite is what customers expect.very disappointing

I wish you could give a half rating too, then I could go 4.5 on Victor's. The nachos with Ranchero & cilantro sauce is the bizness. Wish they did pepsi though. The chicken bowls are delish and the employees are awesome!

I just got nachos from this location and I was compelled to throw them away because the chips were so salty. Paid over 30$ bc of door dash. I say it was a reasonable price to pay to know not to eat Victors anymore.

10/23/21 15 minutes to make a burrito for grubhub is ridiculous there is never parking women confused with orders need more staff and quick cooks

The reason I'm not giving 1 star is because their food is pretty good; however, their customer service is terrible. I used to be a regular but they have really gone downhill with their service. And I say this after giving multiple chances for redemption.

Its a lot like Chipotle, same but different in flavor. You can have a bowl, taco burrito, really good

Delicious, fresh, great service. Casual atmosphere and clean facility. Can get really busy so plan on a bit of a wait during lunch time.

I came in noticed they were fairly busy, I was very impressed as the line quickly disappeared. I spoke with three employees, they all were gracious, nice and helpful. Management take note.
I ordered the salad with steak meat, I added rice, corn, beans, cheese, guacamole and sour cream, let me tell ya it was delicious!
The food and vegetables are all fresh and good.
