Victor’s Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant reviews
17Good pizza for outside of Italy! Small one is already a great size for 1 European person ;)
Went there on our first night in SFO just for some food and got amazing service and a great pizza! The place looks like nothing special and we almost went past it, but we did not regret to sit down. The service was great and took changed and special wishes without any problem. Amazing pizza!
The food was so good we ate there twice during a 6 day stay in Nob Hill! We dined in once and carried out a pizza the second time. Our server was so helpful, welcoming and professional. If you’re in the area for a visit or a resident this will be one of your favorites!
Good pizza, fast service, smiling pizza chef with lots of enthusiasm, BRAVO.
Medium size pizza Margherita and half pepperoni (slightly spicy salami)
The pizza here is absolute delicious and extremely well made. You can taste the fresh garlic and herbs they use in the sauce It’s the perfect slice, and one of the best I have had in SF.
I waited a day to rate this experience. A little background. I’m from Sacramento. Pretty much every weekend I’ll take a day trip with fam. Either up the hill toward Tahoe or toward the bay. Sf and Pt Reyes being two of my faves. We went to Pt Reyes and had some extra time to check stuff out and wanted to grab a bite in SF. At first we were looking for a burger spot but when we drove by i could see the pizza through the window and could tell that the pizza was thin and crispy. Seriously I had to have been at least 15-20 feet from that pizza but I spotted it lol. Changed my mind real quick. When we arrived the owner welcomed us in to sit and the server had a menu and water to us within minutes. I ordered a 8 piece chicken Wings, small Victors special (combo), extra large pepperoni. The chicken wings were first out. Now let me tell you my experience in life with chicken wings hasn’t been too eventful, but these were hands down the best wings I ever had and they do it easily. Just the crispness of the skin. The texture as you bit in was no joke bomb. The pizza was just what I wanted hot, thin, crispy crust, good ingredients. This is my go to in Sf now for thin crust pizza. The server was super cool, made the fam laugh, checked on us. Most of all made us feel welcome. To top all this off this was probably 10: 30 at night. They definitely will continue to get my out of town moola lol kudos to them I wish their business the best.
DO NOT have the Alfredo with any type of pasta. Smells and tastes funky, as if it is sour. The smell reminds me of the odor that comes out of a sewer. I’ve got to say the pizza and mozzarella sticks were good. Not awesome, but good. The bread was too hard. I’d go somewhere else, not the best Italian restaurant I’ve eaten at.
We had a lovely time at Victor’s pizzeria! Pizza and pasta were really great and the staff is kind. First time in San Francisco and it begin with a nice meal thank you!
Good pizza!
In a good area, the flavor is unique, I could say that it is in my top 3 pizzas that I have tried in my life, give it a try!
The pasta is sooooo good too.
One of THE best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. I’m visiting from the east coast and good pizza is hard to find…at least, according to my standards My idea of a perfect pizza is a thin, brick oven crispy crust, crispy pepperoni slightly blackened around the edges, and stringy cheese. This pizza checked ALL the boxes! Will definitely be back if I’m in the area again.
I randomly chose this place and am so glad that I did. The Italian sandwich was really good and is served with spaghetti and a salad. My lunch was about as much food as I eat in a day.
OMG there pizza is packed with flavor! I highly recommend this pizzeria. My boyfriend and I ordered a small pepperoni fresh basil pizza and were impressed. From the first bite of the soft yet crunchy crust, the house made marinara sauce, generous amount of mozzarella cheese and a fine garnish of oregano. Next time we come back to visit we will be sure to stop here again.
Used to go here a few years ago when I still lived in SF and it was the best pizza in the city hands down! They have some kind of seasoning in the cheese that is so good! Im coming back to SF to visit this April and I can't wait to bring my girlfriend here. I hope it's the same. Such good pizza!
I was in town for work and Victors was recommended and I was not disappointed! Great pizza, service and nice people.
First timer and service was great but the Pizza I purchased was incredible and actually the BEST I've eaten in this City, seriously it was Awesome and I Highly recommend this Restaurant. Don't think about going there, just GO you will be impressed so will your taste buds!
My husband and I have been going to Victors for almost 20 years. Everytime we eat pizza from a different spot.we always compare it to Victor's. The pizza is amazing. Try the minestrone soup, get a pasta dish, and drink some cheap wine. BEST PLACE EVER.
Wonderful dine-in experience, been going there for 30 years. The foods still just as excellent, they’ve been my go to spot for pizza and pasta! Just excellent
