Just got a random text from ya'll more than two years after I was looking at vehicles.stop. I get maybe a couple months but what is wrong with ya'll texting years old numbers?

Fast service and always text you during and when service is done. Clean facilities and nice people for sure.

Found a vehicle on their website and went in to look at it. Enjoyed the test drive and decided to go further with a deal. They turned around and tacked on another $4200 on top of the asking price even though I said I would tag and title it out of state. After that they took $300 off the car. Also, I was told that if I paid for the taxes on my own, they’d make a deal, but two days later are saying that they can’t do that anymore and added $5000 to the agreement we had made. So they went back on a deal they said they could do, and then added more to their price and wasted four days of mine. Unprofessional, dishonest

The Service Department at Victorville Chevrolet are very professional and always friendly. They get my truck done efficiently and get me back on the road.

Had a handshake deal. Ready to give deposit, pay cash upfront. At the very last minute manager wanted to sell to someone else. That was not at the car lot. Very poorly managed. By reading
the reviews I can tell I'm not the only one who has had this problem.

Great experience with Robert at Service Center. Problem detected instantly and part placed on order right away. Some difficulty locating the part but all in all service was very good. Communication between parties is crucial for a good experience.

This was my second visit to Victorville Chevrolet, and each time the customer service was phenomenal!

My visit went well but I still have a request. The last time I came in for service the car did not get the wash I have come to expect from a car dealer. I asked and was told "This is a cost cutting expense". I expected the same reply this time so did not ask when receiving my car. I am disappointed to say the least. You guys are the only dealer I know of that does not at least ask. I hope in the future this is corrected.

Purchased a used car from an out of town dealership, had a small hiccup and never received a phone call back to address the issue. Called VV Chevrolet, scheduled a drop-off time a few days before the holidays, met Henry at service and he took care of business. Very happy with the customer service provided.
