Disgusting display of power tripping. There is no justice. You help liars and sociopaths hurt people. Enjoy your pay checks you crooks. You don't help people, you take advantage of people in bad situations

The arrogance from the employees here is ridiculous. Some of these ladies need to improve their sour attitudes. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. No need to sit there and constantly be rude to people when they call. It’s. The. Job. You. Signed. Up. For.

I recently reported to the courthouse for my annual jury duty. I was really disappointed with the disregard the court had towards our time. We sat in the jury room all day, after being given a 2 hour lunch we were split up and assigned jury numbers twice. My group finally were assigned to a courtroom only to be excused for the day. We were told to return the following day at 0900. Around 10: 00 we were invited into the courtroom and told thank you for showing up, but your excused thank you for your service. I could have gone into work on my day off and worked overtime. It would have been nice to have received a text or something excusing us for the remainder of our service that way I could have made plans to work.

Thank God for My Attorney Robert Ponce. Six Years Later. Imagine If We Didnt Fire Our Public Pretender. Prayers for those falsely accused. Let Justice Prevail. All Systematic for Urban Minorities. Mental Illness needs more Awareness in this Judicial System.

The Court Commissioner or whoever is in charge of operations needs to lift the restricted phone hours (8a.m. -12 noon) to the public. There are many citizens needing pertinent information only available via phone or walk-in. The latter is not possible for all to fulfill. Mind you hours of operation is from 8a.m. To 3p.m. Mon-Fri.

They do not answer phone calls! I’m not even sure they have their phone lines setup. When you call to speak to a clerk/agent the phone doesn’t even ring it just says “there Is no one available to accept your call at this time” and hangs up, no matter what time of day you call. There’s not an option to get a call back, and you can’t even leave a message. They are only open from 8AM to 2PM and I work full-time so there’s no way for me to get any information.

Family court services admins are very nasty to people. I mean short, inpatient, degrading and just a nasty, sinister demeanor. Very rude. They treated me like I was a POS.
Do they realize you catch more bees with honey?
It is miserable dealing with them.
It's sad these people think they actually are more valuable than the people they service. Good thing I document all calls and conversations. Don't trust them. The thought they hold any integrity in my case is frieghtning.

The clerk's office staff are more human and resourceful. They do not treat you like your a monster.
They have been very helpful.
The 1 star is strictly for family court services.

Felt a little bit discriminated against, judge still considered me "mentally incompetent" despite not getting in trouble for years (completely turned my life around), hinting because I was injecting estrogen (transitioning)

3 times alone today, when I pressed the option to talk to a clerk it automatically hangs up. How professional.
