Everyone was super nice and even let me stay over night when I arrived a day early. Very limited room to back in but it's do able.

When you first turn in park by some dropped trailers and walk straight to the building in front of you. There's a sheet on the door that will provide instructions and numbers. Also someone posted a photo of it for future reference. Call the appropriate number give them your PO# and appointment time. You'll get a dock, drop your trailer and bobtail to an open parking spot, a loader will take your paperwork and bring it back to you when they are done. They had me unloaded within 10 minutes. Limited parking overnight parking allowed out on the street as well

Such a positive atmosphere and yet business-oriented with such extreme professionalism. Respectful polite individuals well communication amongst them all. And look forward to many more assignments with them.

Just delivered there, It only took an hour and ten minutes to off load me, however no inside bathroom, but they did have a Port a John outside.

Worst customer service experience. Spoke to someone about buying boxes in bulk and went back and forth for a few days, then I was abruptly told that they can't sell to me (for nor legit reason). Tried calling back and talking to a manager and they never returned my call.

Fast and effective service. It's a bit tricky to get there though. GPS will sent you through Grant Line rd if you take the Kasson xt from the I-5. Grant Line is not a truck route between the round-about and Chabot ct. A good truck route to get there is I-205, MacArthur dr, and left turn onto the truck section of Grant Line Rd to Chabot Ct. No street parking signs posted on Chabot ct. Nearest truck stop on the I-5: Flying J in Paterson and Joe's Travel Plaza. Make a left turn when exiting Victory packing, right on paradise rd, left on Grant Line and off you go.
