Had a fantastic experience with a recent purchase of a RAV4 through Victory Toyota. Daniel Thorup was our sales person and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth, no pressure purchase. He was knowledgeable and patient working with us as we were not entirely sure of the exact car we wanted and started looking long before we were ready to buy. This was not a problem for Daniel as he worked with us for months and kept us updated on what was available as we sampled different vehicles. Again, ask for Daniel the next time you need a car!

My husband and I had a really unfortunate situation where our vehicle experienced a manufacturing defect while on our 5 week road trip 3,000 miles from home. While we did not purchase our vehicle from Victory, they went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best service and a fixed and reliable vehicle. Kyle, Jesse, Vidal and the whole service team treated us beyond expectations. They over delivered on communication, delivery, timing, and professionalism. Thank you to the whole service team at Victory Toyota for getting us back on track with our road trip—best team in the game!

Picked up my new Supra-MKV-MT from Victory Toyota this weekend. Shout out to the team at Victory for making this a seamless experience, George and Sean for making the paperwork go away, and Ashley for giving me a much-needed knowledgable orientation on the car. What a magnificent piece of engineering it is!

My family has been leasing cars from Seaside Victory Toyota for over 10 cars now over the years, and we have tried other dealerships.this dealership doesn't even come CLOSE to the others. We are treated like family, and the employees actually care about you and the decisions you make. I don't feel like I am being sold to, but taken care of as a customer - they listen and give careful advice based on what you are looking for. We have worked with multiple people at this dealership, and are great friends now with George and Jeremy because they treat us as such. We look forward to our experience at the Seaside Victory Toyota, and always recommend it to everyone. George and Jeremy will take care of you because they have high standards of selling as individuals. If you have the pleasure of working with this dealership, or George, Jeremy Koennel, or Robbie De Los Santos, not only will you be pleasantly surprised, but treated like a family member!

It is difficult to be objective: I'm still waiting for the 2nd key to the new vehicle I bought in December 2022. Ridiculous.

Recently I needed service repairs, maintenance and reprogrammed keys asap for my RAV4. It was all taken care of promptly, thanks to the excellent customer service by Jesse, and expertise of Barney. Barney's been taking care of my vehicles over the years. I trust him explicitly.

I have purchased two cars at this location and it was such a great experience. Dhiya was amazing throughout the whole process and made it so so straightforward. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Would definitely recommend this location.

Let me preface this review: I've been buying used cars for 15 years of my life. All private sales and 2 used car dealerships. The experiences were adequate, not really noteworthy.

I've *always* stayed away from new car dealerships because they're just too.clean. They're not bad, they're just.not my jam.

Fast forward to this year. I had been looking for a very specific used 2014 Toyota Tacoma 4WD for months. I looked throughout California and Nevada. I even almost planned a trip to Portland, OR to look at one. But as it turned out, the Unicorn was parked at Victory.

I sent them my information and Rob called back and sent a short walkaround video immediately. I almost waited a weekend to go see the truck, but, fortunately I drove down the next day. He held the truck for me as a I made the 3 hr.drive.

Rob was professional and real pleasant. The guy just knows his Toyota's and he isn't pushy at all and that's the kind of person that I'd like to deal with. He even gave me some directions to a local artichoke field to test the 4WD.

Who is this guy? Amazing.

Both he and Sean (financial manager) did a superb job in closing this deal. And they were fair with the trade-in value of my 2014 Tacoma PreRunner which made a big difference to me.

When I need another used Tacoma 350,000 miles from now, I'll head to Seaside to visit them.

Sneaky salesman try to get us at 12.44% found a better deal in Salinas for 6.9%. Plus a way better car. Far way more of a selection in Salinas.

Today, I made the decision to drive to Victory Toyota to buy my first car. Victory Toyota made the process so relaxed, straightforward, and easy. I've had SO MANY negative experiences with other dealers (people being too pushy, not actually listening, assuming I knew things about car-buying that I didn't). Drake and George at Victory Toyota were straightforward, helpful, and helped me buy a gorgeous, well-kept 2017 Toyota Rav4 today.

I feel so safe in my car and I can sleep at night knowing that it's within my budget.

Went in to the service department on a Sunday with no appointment due to a nail in my tire. Kyle took in the truck with no issues and gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. It was done fairly quick. Awesome job!

The best car purchase experience I have ever had in my life. This was to buy a Toyota Sienna (almost becoming mission impossible to find one) for my brother who is going through a very situation. Dhiya Albarati, from Victory Toyota Sales made the deal possible within 30 minutes giving us the best deal (we have been searching for a new Sienna for almost 3 months, and we know the price very well).

Robert Castro, was super helpful, kind courteous and a great listener. He heard our needs and worked with his team to provide the best service from start to finish. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you for going above and beyond Robert. When it’s time to purchase our next vehicle in a few years (when our oldest starts to drive) we know where to go and who to see! You are the best. We weren’t even going to get a new car initially. Just wanted to take a look at Toyota’s 3rd row seating options and ended up trading in our car for the 2023 Toyota Highlander! Our sales representative was Dhiya and he made the process a no pressure, easy to work with transaction! George the manager was also who we spoke with on the phone prior to visiting and we met him as well, great customer service and support.
