I've bought sonos speakers and a television from Video Audio Center a few years ago and I couldn't be happier with those purchases. I explained exactly what I needed to an employee at the store and he couldn't have picked a better fit for what I needed. This store has a boutique feel as your immediately greeted when entering the store. At Costco I have to search for 10 minutes - and grab a few samples along the way ;) - just to get some assistance from a Costco tech department employee.
Stay away from this store. I purchased a Sony large screen smart TV and a Sonos system from Video & Audio Center including sound bar, remote speakers and later added a subwoofer. Sonos has come out with a new cordless, battery operated speaker called "Move" for $399. I decided instead of ordering it direct from Sonos I'd buy it from Video & Audio Center at The Village. They charged my card on Thursday and told me they had one at the warehouse but not in the store, and that I would likely have it on Saturday or Monday at the latest. No speaker on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or the following Thursday. They can't tell me when I will receive it. Time to cancel the credit card charge.
