I’ve had many apartments all over Koreatown and this was my favorite. If I could’ve stayed I would’ve but I moved for work. Samantha is amazing, the units are really beautiful. Maintenance always come quickly and helped us take care of whatever was needed. I really appreciate the secure mail & package delivery, you have to sign off for your packages.
Yes, the homelsss outside isn’t great, but you’re in LA. It’s everywhere. I think this apartment complex is one of the best in the central LA area. It’s expensive but again, you’re in LA. Lol. You have a pool, gym, central air, garage parking, trash chutes on each floor, laundry in unit, & it’s hard to find all of that in one place.
If I ever move back to LA, I hope to come back to these apartments.

Don't waste your time making an appointment. They left me waiting over half an hour and didn't show up. The lobby smelled like urine and the call boxes don't work, so good luck getting in.

Just moved out of here this month. The apartment itself is safe but outside has a lot of homeless camps. They get cleaned up from time to time but they always come back.

Moving out of here was unnecessarily stressful due to Security Guard Mr. Woo, who we asked to watch our moving truck while we were in the process of loading it. It was only three of us, and he got impatient for some reason and he LEFT. I had to go find him in the lobby and ask him to please come back. He kept complaining that we were taking too long, we’re slow, and that other people take half the time.

We’re not strong people, we didn’t have any professional movers to help, we only had one hand truck/moving dolly. Mr. Woo made this a stressful experience. He sat in a chair at the parking garage door and complained at us while we were moving our things into the truck. He was watching videos on his phone the entire time so it felt like he didn’t care if our stuff got taken or not.

He does nothing but sit inside the mail room and tell DoorDash drivers they can’t go up. I don’t understand why it was such an inconvenience for him to watch our things when there are many homeless people in the area.

We enjoyed having Samantha as our apartment manager as she is personable, empathetic, and helpful. I hope this feedback can help prevent this kind of experience from happening to future tenants here.

The smell of cigarettes comes into the house from outside the window. This apartment is a smoking building. If you have young children or non-smokers, go to another apartment.
