Writing a review for Rhoda V. Consultant at the Villa Del sol apartment complex is easy to do. I found Ms. V. To be extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about what I needed to do in order to rent an apartment at Villa Del Sol.

Ms. Villanueva took me on a tour of available units. She also covered move in specials for certain vacancies.

Rhoda showed me around the property, was kind and provided all the necessary information I needed to lease an apartment.

Rhoda is a leasing consultant who represents the property and the company very well, my compliments.

Amazing community. Alex is an awesome manager. He goes above and beyond to Meet your needs, friendly and kind. I definitely recommend this community.

Wendy and Mrs. Chely are very good people to help you with the applications for the Villas del Sol apartments.

Lovely apartments quiet area… except for the SQUAWKING BIRDS. Early in the morning and in the evening. They’re so loud they wake you up. NOT YOUR TYPICAL CHIRPING. Also most of the washers are usually broken. Great area though.

Assistant manager Alex is great. Maintenance Supervisor is awesome. Clean. Quiet. Good neighbors. Great location. Good parking inside facility. Been here for four years. Luv it. Armed Security too.

Bad property manager April flores this year
Alex is the best person for this position as his kind and generous way for communication with tenants and solving issues.
But this year with th new manager alot of complaints:
No solving problems
Towing cars of residentials
Dogs poop wherever
Air-condition is very poor quality also windows
Also ant problems and mosquitoes
Laundry machines few work
I hope things change coz i love th place.

Alex has been very nice to us right from day one, but it’s becoming very disturbing if your management could now be instructing the security guys at night to be peeping at the parking lot to know which car to tow away immediately regardless whether the car belongs to residents or immediate relative.
Towing a car on the first day of the year.it is considered a holiday break, whosoever did or ordered it is very mean.that’s very inhuman…. We ended up paying 500 on next morning. It’s painful that the management could do this to their tenant not even a warning sigh first was put on the car! Eventhough we were at the verge of getting a sticker for the car.
Your security guys are always busy looking for cars to report to towing company to come and tow away.
The saddest part of our frustration is at the towing company, the young employee guy was very rude to us, infact when my husband ask him why he is giving us such attitude he responded we should get out and with an f word.
Its was a very bad day for us. I decided to write this review with pain in my heart.
This management shouldn’t derive joy in making your residents to feel pains, sad, frustrated in a place they call their home

Specially the property manager.
I don’t recommend dealing directly with the property manager,
You can deal with the corporate.
Very clean Appartments.
