3This was quite possibly the worst management company I've ever dealt with and I've rented for the past 10 years in New York and Los Angeles. They are unresponsive, dishonest and cheated me out of my deposit. I had to escalate all the way to the risk manager who turned out to be unresponsive toward the end as well. The building is physically nice but the management is crooked.
This was quite possibly the worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. I scratched my neighbor’s car let them know to inform her, never did, then lied about it. My neighbor went to ask them for security footage before they reached out. I had to escalate all the way to the risk manager. Response times to emails extremely slow. Changed my locks on the incorrect day. List goes on and on. The physical building is nice but management deplorable.
So far I have fabulous experience and they’re very helpful. I highly recommend Villa Francisca! ️️
