Villa Solana Apartment is recommended to anyone searching for a home. Want to say thank you to my leasing consultant Savannah Ortiz. Very accommodating and actively attend to my questions and queries. This is my first apartment application in California and approved within the day.

This complex management is horrible after 3 years living here they called us your parking spot is not correct you must move you car to your correct spot very far of our apartment!

I had an issue with AC this summer, it was very hot in my apartment. As soon as I put the request in, the staff member Ricardo arrived next day, found the problem with my AC, and replaced it. He was quick and professional, now I will not die of crazy heat! Thanks for the great service.

Great location near walking trails. The staff is always professional and friendly. Jason takes pride in resolving maintenance issues and it gives a real sense of community.

Nothing is perfect but this Equity Residential location has had the best property management staff I've ever rented with, from the office to maintenance, consistently professional and friendly. Been at this location for several years. Recently noticed Savannah (sp?) had joined the office staff. Had a problem and walked in and asked for her help. Found out she was in the middle of a bit of serious business but she listened to my problem and was like, yep, let's handle this right now. I was willing to come back the following day but she didn't miss a beat and handled it right then and there with a great attitude, positivity and a beautiful smile. AMAZING! Just had to share my thanks - thanks Savannah!

I experienced being a resident in Villa Solana apartments for more than four years. I can say it is a safe place to be in. It is definitely not one of the best designs of Appartment or the finish provided but the technical team try their best to be available and help in solving any issue. This what makes us love this place more is the excellent service provided by the technical team. The friendly professional on-time follow up for small details. Mr. Alan, Jason and Savannah do their best to provide their services which goes above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this place As you feel it is your safe home.

My tour last week left a lasting impression. The leasing agent was incredibly helpful and the community was welcoming. Villa Solana is a very clean and well maintained property in a great location. I would be happy to call this place home.

Trash the residents are trash mostly all on some county program! The rent is crazy off the roof! Not worth the amount! Inside the apartments are old 70s and 80’s don’t rent here unless you like ghetto

The people in the office were very friendly, and were supporting me at all times to meet the requirements.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Villa Solana Apartments. What’s not to love? The location and positive atmosphere created by everyone in the office and maintenance team. With tons of great shopping and food spots located around the area, everything you would need is easily accessible from grocery shopping, dining out, dry cleaning, and movie theater. The Villa Solana Apartments are nestled in the perfect spot to accommodate anything a resident would need, and can’t forget about the close proximity to the beach as well as fun nature trails around the area!

the office staff have been nothing but exceptional through every step of the process. Alissa was super helpful from start to finish. She was also instrumental and understanding when answering all the questions I had about the property and application process.

Jason the service manager is a god sent. He drove an hour in middle of night to provide us with a professional service while having a huge smile. Very happy.

Two stars because at least the leasing agent, Isabelle was kind and helpful when I moved in. Sadly, this complex is unsafe, filthy, and the leasing office does not care! Property management aware of safety issues, trespassers, and maintenance issues and ignores them. Pay a little more to live somewhere nicer.

Jason was very nice and took care of all our requests with the most ease.and even obliged us with another request we had forgotten to put on the ticket.

Thanks to Alan and Jason I can now run my AC in the bedroom and it actually blows cold air. I messaged about getting the wall unit checked last night and they showed up the next morning and quickly found the problem and replaced my unit within the same hour. They are always so friendly and informative about what they are fixing. They don’t even have to be fixing something of mine, they will see you outside walking and say hello to you. Overall they are absolutely amazing 10/10

I have enjoyed living at Villa Solana for the last few years. Jenn and her management team are a terrific and a caring group of people!
They are professional, exceptionally friendly and are always there to assist, help and answer questions.
They do a great job in keeping the Viila Solana communtiy informed and updated on current events, projects and news.
Jason, Allan and the maintenance team are well coordinated, address issues quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner. Allan has assisted various times with taking care of maintenance requests and he is awesome!
There is a good amount of space, natural lighting, and each unit has a fresh update appeal.
The walking trails are a few feet away and go on for miles-which is a great motivator to experience the fresh outdoors and get the numerous benefits of exercise
My neighbors are really nice, kind people, and many have been here for a couple of years or more.
