Village Cleaner Dry Cleaners, Ramona CA

While I live in downtown Ramona, I'll take my dry cleaning to the village, rather than the main street cleaners. My reason is this is a family run cleaners and they do work to service their customers and I have always been happy with their work.
That Friday guy!

This a small, family owned business ran by hardworking individuals. They are open, honest, and communicate well about your needs for your dry cleaning. Marisa and Gary are very friendly, and complete dry cleaning in a timely manner. Marisa, specifically, is very knowledge about fabric and how to properly clean it. Please support your local small business, it’s worth it.

Stay away from this place. Plenty of cleaners with good business sense around. See below

So I drop off two inexpensive jackets and the gentleman takes them in and raises the price per jacket from $7.50 to 8.50 on scene. I agreed and chalked it up to inflation.

Two days later a woman calls me and says the price quoted is wrong. They want to now charge $18.50 per jacket. So $10.00 per jacket more than quoted …. A third price change.

Inflation I understand. Predatory Price gauging I do not appreciate.

I picked up my items and took them down to Main Street. $7.25 per item. This business is disgraceful!

Same experience as prior reviewer. The prices change way too often. Inconsistent and always late — understaffed is an understatement. If you can’t operate efficiently then please sell your business.

I keep trying to support this local business but they just don’t seem to want it.
They take on average a week to dry clean a pair of pants and a shirt.

Just tried to have a minor repair done and they tell me the person that would do the work is not available and on vacation for 2 months.

Great service at very reasonable prices. Gary is a pleasure to to business with. He found something of value to me in my pocket prior to cleaning and returned it intact with a smile. These are my cleaners, always.

Very friendly. If you need something done quicker than there normal pick up time, they will do there best to have it ready for you. They are honest with you about if they can rush your items or not.
