Hey I dropped my long coat in had it dry cleaned! What a great job, would Recommend them the place to go fast service! You know me wouldn't tell if not true!

I took in a raw wool comforter
When I went to pick it up I was given a huge used plastic shopping bag with a crumpled something in it. As I pulled it out I told the woman this was the wrong item as I had brought in a wool comforter for dry cleaning. She said that is what you brought in. I asked what happened to it. I had been feeling the comforter as I was asking what happened as the insides were hard and clumped together. She asked what the problem was and I told her they must have washed it as the raw wool was now all felted and hard as a rock. She agreed they probably washed it. I told her the item was ruined and could not be used. She said she would call the dry cleaning company. It has now been several weeks. I talked to her almost two weeks ago and asked what the dry cleaning company had to say. She stated they were going to “research” it and get back to her. I called again several days later and she said she had not talked to them and that she would call me back. I have heard nothing from her at all. Now I cannot get hold of the person at Village cleaners and I have called daily on the days they are open. Raw wool comforters are not cheap and to have something ruined by a company is beyond bad business. I will take my dry cleaning to another city in the future as this one is certainly not reliable.

I took in a dress with 2 inch pleats all around. When I picked it up there were NO PLEATS! I said, "what happened to the pleats? " The man said, "Now it is flowing! " I said, "I don't want FLOWING! I brought you a dress with pleats and I expect to pick up a dress with pleats! " He said, "Well, it will cost you extra! "

I can't believe this place- How rude! What terrible work ethic and lack of integrity!
