After issues with my dry eyes and contact lens irritation, I went to Village Eyes Optometry for a consultation. After in depth testing using technology my previous eye doctor does not have, they were able to offer me a clear set of treatment options to consider, while never feeling like I was being pushed or over sold on any one treatment. We covered the pros and cons and I opted for a gradual approach starting with plugs, and then deciding to go with IPL later treatments. The staff is super friendly and I cant say enough great things about this practice.

For the doctors and experience I appreciate everything that this office has done for me for my dry eye symptoms.

I need buy new frames. I was able to get an appt within an hour. I was fitted with frames and completed my transaction within an hour. Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. It is my go-to optometrist for years.

I felt very safe and protected while having my annual eye exam and seeking out a new pair of frames for glasses. Dr. Vogel is FANTASTIC and took care of all my optical needs. He did some additional testing on my eyes since I had a "floater" and ended up dilating my eyes to have a clearer picture of what was going on in my eyes. Everything turned out fine.

The staff was also very accommodating, friendly and efficient. They also made sure that my mask was secure and that I washed hands both before and after my appointment.

I also worked with the optician to select a beautiful new pair of gold rimmed frames. She was very supportive and helpful with my selection, and I am really looking forward to wearing my new gorgeous glasses soon!

Dr. Vogel has been my eye doctor since I was a student at UCLA, many years ago. He is still the absolute best at what he does and I feel fortunate that Village Eyes Optometry is still here to serve our community in a safe and sound manner. I am now sending my family members to Village Eyes, so the family tradition continues! Thank you, Dr. Vogel, and I recommend this practice whole heartedly!

It was my first time at their new office, and a good one! It looks like multiple optometrists from Westwood banded together and moved to this nicer new location!

I saw Diego first and he was very kind and very helpful with getting me set up and answering my questions. Then, I saw Dr. Avanessian, who was just as helpful and kind. The rest of my eye exam went smoothly, and I learned that the thing on my eye for the past six months is a pterygium. I’ll be back for my next check up!

I just completed a series of MiboFlow dry eye treatments with Dr. Vogel. I'm so grateful to finally have some relief from dry eye symptoms that began after my LASIK procedure over a year ago (performed by a different doctor). Dr. Vogel was thorough and kind, and also gave me suggestions of things I could do at home to help with my dry eye. If I need follow up treatments in the future, I won't hesitate to return.

Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! The best treatment and care I have ever received! I've had multiple disabilities for 15+ years and out of all the doctors offices that I went to no one is as good as these amazing people here! Their staff is very friendly and Dr. Vogel is absolutely amazing! He thoroughly examined my dry eyes and set up the best treatment plan for me.

I'm currently getting IPL treatment here (2 sessions complete). After the first session, I felt a HUGE difference! I finally felt like I didn't have to pry my eyes open after waking up and they felt replenished throughout the day. Dr. Vogel made sure I was comfortable with the treatment throughout the whole process and explained everything.

After the second treatment, I had some strange side effects and contacted the office. Dr. Vogel immediately helped me and took time out of his day to check my eyes. I can't believe how great the process has been!
