There was a lady with red hair that I came to ask questions about any available apartments I didn’t realize she was on the phone and she made a very rude hand gesture to me that it looked like a “shut up” this has to be the worst team ever

I'm glad Lugo the maintenance man came. He came to fix tye garbage disposal and ended up fixing 3 undetected leaks that could have wrecked havic if not found. Great job Lugo.

Karla came out immediately to resolve the maintenance request! She is always sooo kind and very helpful!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Management is beyond incompetent, they allow dangerous people to live in the apartments with zero regard for resident safety. People who are on drugs, people who are selling drugs out of their apartment, people who are violent with other residents. They practice illegal rent raises with zero notice. It's over 1500 for a one bedroom. While this may be slightly lower than market rate, it's the most expensive of any of the low income apartments in the area and others are way better maintained. They take weeks to fulfill simple maintenance requests and often won't do so without you sending several emails. For a couple hundred dollars more a month, you could live somewhere much safer. In the short time I have lived here, people have been murdered, nearly murdered, or dangerously assaulted and management does nothing to get rid of the offenders. Please only move here if it is your last resort! It is not a safe place for anyone, but especially not for a family.

Went for a tour to look at a studio apartment and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, the grounds of the apartment were also very nice and clean. Hopefully me and my wife get the studio.

I paid deposit and application fee via money order to Andrea in March and I didn't get approved on the application, and the paperwork I signed clearly states that the $150 holding deposit is refundable and will be sent back within 20 days.
I have not received my holding deposit, I've been to the office twice, I've spoken with Andrea on the phone, emailed the new manager Chris.
Andrea assured me last week that will be called back, they will look into it, and I have not heard anything or received the refund for my holding deposit.

I am so happy we have Zay as a part of the team now. He is so responsive and works hard to get you taken care of. He really cares about the residents and our way of living and it shows. His and Andrea’s efforts to help and make the property a better environment for us really makes a difference. Thank you Zay and Andrea! The only issue is the regional manager, Wendy. She is incredibly rude and does not care about the residents or our quality of life. She lacks compassion and speaks down to the residents. The entire community feels this way about her and even had a community meeting with corporate about it and it has not improved. I’m positive the reason we haven’t had a consistent property manager or maintenance team is because of her, she is also why so many residents have moved out.

The maintenance is superior! Excellent customer service! Great job, and handles repairs in a timely manner. Love the maintenance team here. Lugo is heaven sent very pleasant to work with. Isaiah is a wonderful maintenance manager goes up and beyond to make sure service is superior! Love these guys! They need a raise.

For the first time i was really impressed by the speed and professionalism provided to my household by the maintenance team.

There was a lot of red tape to cut through and it took a long time for establishments, such as the bank, to respond to requests made by management. As for the the property managers, they were awsome, so friendly. They made a tedious task pleasant.

Maintenance guy from apartment complex was good he fixed most of the problems but had to come again to fix leaking taps and unstable toilet due to no parts available.would have given 5 star but it took a week to repair my garbage disposal

With what's been going on I just want to take this time to appreciate the office team for doing what they can. I have to remind myself that you guys are human too and Just doing the best you can. So thank you, I appreciate you all and always sending good energy your way.
