I had Todd come to my house and swap out my keyed front door lock with an electronic one. He knew the most reliable one to purchase, was on time, got the job done and followed up to make sure all was well. I highly recommend Village Lock & Key!

If I could give it zero Stars I would. First his attempts at getting me a key for my ignition failed but still charged me $70 for his time. Reluctantly, I paid it. BUT that's not even the half of it.now I'm out much more than that as he left my vehicle's lock looking like this (zoom in to see what I'm talking about)
. With a missing faceplate. When I had my husband call him he told my husband that it must have happened after he left. And that somebody must have broken into the car and that's why it was that way.when that wasn't even possible as we literally watched him leave the parking lot and we never left the vehicle until our issue was resolved, not even one time. Not only is this unprofessional it's disgusting to say the least. If I knew how to get him fired I would, instead I warn everyone not to get services by this company. Nice man. The original owner did the locks on our house when we bought it. The current owner is just as nice & knowledgeable. Highly recommended. So much better than the big box stores with computer key cutters that only get it right 40% of the time. I have not had a problem with any keys from this locksmith. Support local, family business.

They helped me out really quickly, I paid like 95 to open my car when I left my keys inside of it. They know what they're doing.
