Village Pointe, Northridge CA

I’ve lived at this complex for 15 years. The staff is excellent. Any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Everyone who works here is friendly and attentive to any and all issues that may arise. I highly recommend Village Pointe!

I want to thank Village Pointe for having such great staff that is professional, kind, caring and courteous. I do feel well taken care of here Village Pointe. It's tranquil, safe and I love the home feeling vibes of the building. I also love how they are festive and often have events for the tenants. I have zero complaints and many compliments. Claudia is who I initially met first and she is amazing! I will say truly that the whole team needs to be acknowledged-Janie is super spectacular, Michael is the kindest ever, and Eduardo is always there to help when needed. I give Village Pointe 10 stars easy and you will too!

Over the last few months I've had to contact my leasing office more than normal due to some inconsiderate neighbors. Every time I've contacted the office, I have had the pleasure of working with both Janie Lazo and Michael Rodela. Both are on top of their game when it comes to customer service. Michael is always so polite and kind and his follow-up goes above and beyond the normal service that I've experienced over all my years at Village Pointe! I say, give him a raise & praise him for an excellent job. Well Done! I also feel the same way about Janie! I've been here for a very long time, and Janie is one of the best managers we've had over all the years I've been here.

Village Pointe is awesome! The office staff is always so helpful and friendly and the Maintenance guys always make sure work orders get done in a timely manner. The maintenance supervisor, Alex always ensures any work done is completed the right way & over all my experience here has been amazing.

I love living here. Everything is convenient and I truly feel safe. That was one important thing for me. My son always loves popping in to say hi to the office staff too.

This is a shout out to Janie and her Superb Team, past and present! Throughout my 5 years with Village Pointe I've received nothing but Kindness from the entire crew (Maintenance and Security included). You know how they say "You don't appreciate something until it's gone"? Well, this was never the case with me. From the moment i walked through the property with Lupe and Corina to select my new home back in 2017 till the day i turned in my keys and clicker to Janie and Claudia, I've been deeply grateful for everything this community's staff did for me and their residents. It made the decision to move that much harder because i knew that these wonderful people would be irreplaceable. I will miss my kind neighbors, too. It was truly a Home. I always felt safe and confident that whatever maintenance issue arises it would be fixed the same day. Edgardo and Luis and later Oscar were always there to take care of things even afterhours (a true luxury not very many apartment communities offer these days). I will miss the office staff's Exceptional customer service. Always so kind and Patient and personable. I loved the nature within this apartment complex with its lush flowering bushes and Eucalyptus trees. My kitty will miss our walks along the pathways of the community. And I will miss all the people I have met throughout my stay in Village Pointe. Thank you for the memories.

Very nice staff, quiet neighbors, good pool and spa. Repairs are timely when requested, I would like better garbage disposals, but overall a chill place to live.

Edgardo's knowledge in the maintenance area makes a difference, I am happy and satisfied with the service he gives, thanks Edgardo:)

This place has been amazing. I am adjusting to this new environment, hasn’t been easy but they are amazing and truly patient with their tenants.

Why you will hate living at Village Pointe Northridge.

Been here for many years, and this place has really gone down the tubes. Except for rent, which has only gone up. If local rent wasn't as crazy as it is right now, I would've hightailed out of here a long time ago.

If you don't own a dog, you'll enjoy the constant barking day and night. If you do have a dog, you'll enjoy the same thing. While you may care that your dog doesn't bark up a storm all day long, many of the current residents here clearly don't. The persistent smell of weed around the area might explain that lethargic behavior.

I had my car broken into and 2 bicycles stolen while I've lived here. Security is pretty much non-existent. Good luck seeing one of the "courtesy patrol" people. Like, ever. Too busy puffing it up, I guess.

The few CCTV cameras around the premise are all fake, so good luck when your car gets stolen from here as it has happened several times before. I've seen cars with parking clamps on a tire, the owner desperately trying to avoid theft of their vehicle.

The buildings are all very old, and the infrastructure is failing left and right. Emergency repairs and water shutdowns are almost a weekly occurrence.

So, yeah, you'll enjoy living here at Village Pointe Northridge!:)

I wonder if I could get my rent lowered as well if I'd leave a 5 star review for this dump?

Love Village Pointe Apartments they really take care of their tenants! The staff is all AMAZING!

I’ve Been A Resident For Over 20yrs. And Calling It Home Has Been A Blessing. The Compassionate Service, Exemplary Maintenance Service, Beautiful Ground Service Care Makes For A Comfortable Living Experience. I Feel Truly Blessed.

I needed two different repairs. They both got fixed the very next day. I was able to set up the best time for me and very quickly both repairs were made with no need for parts to be ordered or follow up appointments to be made. Thank you for getting me back up and running.

We needed a two bedroom, two bath apartment, that was also larger, but not as high priced rent as at Village Pointe. The apartment we found and are now living in is twice the size, and just as nice as Village Pointe, BUT only $150 a month more than we were paying for our TINY 1 bedroom, 1 bath Cracker Box of an apartment! If our upgrade had been at Village Pointe, it would have cost us $500 a month more! We would not have been able to afford that, so we had to move. This was SAD to us, as we actually LOVED Village Pointe!
