So pleased with the service at this store! The staff is so kind and helpful! They made my girls' Ugg Christmas dreams come true.all the way down to having to exchange a size. Can't recommend them enough!

This place literally saved our Christmas! 3 girls in our family wanted the latest versions of the Uggs and ugg slippers that have been sold out everywhere after desperately searching everywhere we finally found them here! They had all 3 sizes in all the colors we needed and they arrived with a week to spare before Christmas! They have excellent customer service, will continue to shop here!

I was looking for a specific pair of shoes that were out of stock everywhere. I took a chance on this shop and pre-ordered the shoes and pre-paid. I was a little worried, but they did everything they said they would and faster than expected. My daughter will get the shoes she wanted for Christmas. You can feel very safe ordering from this store. Thank you very much.

My review is in regard to their online shop. Relatively fast delivery, product delivered was as promised so for this I’ll give 2 stars instead of 1. BUT I had a nightmare with returns. The shoe delivered to me didnt fit me well so I had to do a return. I was told I had to pay $11 to pay for shipping back, which was pricy but I was like that’s fair, it’s a small business. About a week after dropping it off to the mail I got an email for a return, but the return didn’t include the $18 Dollars I spent on outbound shipping. Emailed the company and they said there’s nothing they can do.so now I’m out almost $30 simply because I needed a return? Will not be ordering again from here and would not recommend unless you 100% know a shoe is going to fit you!

This was my first purchase with ‘Village Shoes, ’ and it will not be my last! Their customer service was above and beyond any expectation I could have had. The packaging was wonderful; the educational inserts and care cards are so helpful! And getting the coveted item that my oldest teen wants for Christmas (and is sold out everywhere in the color she wants). PRICELESS! Thank you, so much, Village Shoes!

Ordered the ugg Tasman slippers from here since they are sold out everywhere else… was not disappointed… they are the real deal and they didn’t take long to come like I was worried about. So happy I found this place!

I pre-ordered the Ugg tazz slippers (AUTHENTIC) for my daughter's birthday. I had lots of questions, Amazing Staff! Jeff was amazing in answering everything.

I was sold DIRTY uggs by the store associate, Ariana. There were scuff marks on the tops and the bottoms. It was clearly worn before I even looked at them. I didn’t get a chance to get a good look at the shoes due being rushed to make the purchase. I went to return less than 24 hours later because it’s a lot of money to spend only to get what’s supposed to be brand new shoes, and instead getting dirty ones. I was refused a return blaming me that I wore the shoes when it was the same associate that sold me them yesterday, dirty. Due to her mistake I was refused a return. The principle alone…. Such rude and disrespectful customer service. Don’t recommend purchasing from this store. Save your money. 0 Stars for me.

We buy my wife's rainbow sandals there and other shoes because she has a wide foot and they carry that

Staff ok- lady never brought me back my shoes I requested, got in cash register instead. So I walked out- impressive work / boot selection though- higher than I remember prices too

First time here and they had lots to choose from! Came in to get a certain kind of crocs. I'm pregnant and need comfy shoes for work. They didnt have the size in the colors i wanted but it happens. So The young lady there gave me other options of what she had. She was a great help and a sweetheart. Great customer service! Will definitely be back!

I recently found out about this place through a Fb friend and she told me that they had the Tasman Ugg slippers here! I’ve been looking for them for weeks and they aren’t supposed to be available until February and when she told I went to their page and ordered them online and they were ready within and hour. The owner greeted me since I picked up before closing time and he was very kind and friendly.

Don't buy from here. I bought Uggs here because they were sold out everywhere else and took a chance. Huge mistake.

Was texted by someone saying they received my order and they sent me a picture of the packing slip inside with my name, address, phone etc.

After sending several emails, to the company I got a response saying they'd send my item when they received it back from the other person because it was out of stock.

Two weeks later, I haven't received my item and I've gotten no response or updates and you cannot get in touch with them. The phone just rings and no one ever picks up and I've sent several emails over the span of a week now with no response.

Then, to top it off, I just got someone else's order with someone else's name inside and everything just as someone had gotten my order! So I don't really know how to proceed as there's no communication whatsoever! Don't waste your time. Almost $200 gone and still haven't received my order and the company can't be reached!

Terrible service, would not return emails, wouldn’t answer phone during business hours. No order updates whatsoever, have not received the item I paid for but was charged. Would rate 0/5 if possible.

This store is amazing. Over the top customer service. I don't live local, ordered off their website. But if I was in Fresno I would always shop them first and will definitely continue to order on their website. The world nears more stores like this. I encourage everyone to give them their business.
