I love living here, I pay $704 a month for a one bedroom.
Update: I have been here one year and I still love where I live and my community. Everything I need is within 5 miles of my apartment. The only downside is our rent is being increased to $797 effective October 1st. Our rent goes by Hud schedules. I have given up my car because of this increase and I bought a monthly bus pass. The bus stop is right outside our apartments. Seniors must do what they have to survive.

We’ve lived here for almost a year and we love it! Wonderful office staff and GREAT amenities. They’re very family oriented our boys love the park and the pool.
