Vincent Physical Therapy

Recovering from Torn Rotator Cuff surgery. Vincent Physical Therapy took the time to train and improve the mobility of my arm and shoulder. They did not just show the motion and exercises; they explained to me why each exercise was important and what it did internally. Their customer service and scheduling is outstanding.

Excellent experience! Here's why:

1. I had a bad case of vertigo and was told by my doctor to find a PT for treatment. This was an urgent medical condition and couldn't wait. Vincent PT was the only place that would squeeze me in on short notice. I am very thankful they took me in as a new walk-in patient and the short story is that the treatment worked - the results were immediate and lasting.

2. Teresa at the front desk was super nice when I called and when I arrived in person. She was very patient, knew what treatment I needed based on my condition, was the one who squeezed me in to the busy schedule, and was very pleasant getting my information (as a new patient) and then the next day when I called back to update my status. Great customer service!

3. Michael is a great physical therapist. Extremely knowledgeable and I felt like he understood my condition and how to treat it. He was also very patient in explaining everything to me and doing the treatment - making sure I was comfortable and not in pain the entire time. I didn't feel rushed (as I do at other places), and he does everything himself (vs other places where you start with the experienced person but then they pass you to a new person who doesn't seem to know anything). Even though I was a brand new patient, he took very good care of me and I felt like a VIP.

Parking and access are easy. It's faster to enter on Foothill into the surface parking lot, and then enter from the outside (not through the main lobby).

I had been going to another place for PT for several years (for a different issue), but now I'm considering coming here instead due to the better customer service, attention, and care.

Vincent Physical Therapy is the best! The first call you make is answered by Theresa-who is SO welcoming and warm and very helpful! I basically dislocated and broke my ankle as well as the Tibia and Fibula bones! Michael got me back to full strength, good range of motion and to normal activities! He is a wonderful physical therapist who is hands on and extremely knowledgeable and understanding! I HIGHLY recommend Vincent Physical Therapy!

I am very active and have been prone to occasional injury. Because of this, I have used Vincent Physical Therapy three (3) times: in 2014,2018 and now in 2021 due to arthroscopic knee surgery to repair torn menisci.

Mr. Vincent is patient, thorough and passionate about restoring clients back to health and physical functionality. His knowledgeable guidance has got me up and running again.

Michael Vincent is incredible. Took the time to thoroughly examine my case and taught me many exercises to re-train my vestibular system. Within a month of seeing him, the at home exercises and advice already seems to be reducing my dizziness, nausea, and is slowly getting me back to normal activity. Would absolutely recommend.

I can’t praise Vincent PT enough. I am now back to walking, yoga, Zumba and dancing. Things I didn’t think I’d be able to do again.

I saw Michael for two total knee replacements that I had three months apart. I’m so glad my surgeon recommended Michael. He doesn’t just give you a series of exercises to do, he breaks each movement down so you know exactly which joints/muscles are impacted and how they are impacted. He trains you to notice and control how your body is moving

Shout out to the office manager Theresa. Always friendly and smiling and extremely efficient. Never an issue with appointments or billing.

Michael is awesome. I was rear ended and had really bad whiplash combined with a bulging disc in my neck. I was in a lot of pain for a long time. He helped me to understand my injury and taught me how to rehabilitate. I'm now pain free and it's honestly changed my life. Oh also Teressa is super nice and very on top of communicating and scheduling. The entire experience was delightful.

If you want a more personal attention and therapy, this is the place to go to. Shout out to Michel Vincent and Theresa for job well done! Other places are like assembly line. This is like a craftsman's custom shop.

Michael Vincent is an exceptional physical therapist.
A true professional with a lot of experience.
There is no waiting time.
He has given me wonderful advice on how to move my shoulder and arm without damaging them.
He is very careful, calm and, above all, very detailed when explaining the exercises and he is always aware of every second with his patients.
Teresa, his assistant, is very friendly and prompt. She is lovely.
The place is very clean, sanitized, there are gloves, masks, disinfectant cloths and alcohol gel available.
Parking is very convenient.
An extra thing about the place is that it has a large terrace with a fantastic mountain view.
I totally recommend this place.

The staff is very competent and professional. Michel and Dean
provide thorough explanations to questions and concerns. The facility is clean. I was always greeted by their friendly and helpful office manager, Teresa.

In advance, I struggle to process the less than 5 star reviews such as Judit or Donna. Sure, Elite is a good PT option, but to say that Vincent is substandard is bluntly not true. I've been to Elite and clearly, we all have choices. I've chosen Vincent because the attention for my recovery is meeting my expectation. Having been a soccer player from collegiate to pro level, I've had my share of PT. The Vincent team, Teresa, office attendant and Michael, therapist are accommodating and genuinely professional. Most importantly, the facility is Covid-19 compliant and masks are readily available every time I'm in therapy, which is 3 times a week. I would most certainly recommend Vincent PT to all my family and friends.

The facility was very nice and clean. Dean my therapist is very knowledgeable and easy to work with, he is patient and very understanding and works with you where you are, not aggressive nor does he rush you. Great care.

Dean is incredible-he was my therapist after I had had a knee replacement & worked with me to help regain my strength, balance & range of motion!

The staff is professional and friendly. My experience has been trouble free, they handle the details well. I have worked mostly with Dean and he is patient, easy to understand, and explains the process thoroughly. I've gone back at different times for different needs. Definitely my go-to for Physical Therapy.

The place looks pretty dingy, and under the circumstanes of Covid unsafe.
I was promised a one-on-one session by the owner on the phone. When I arrived to my apppointent there was another person (not very healthy looking) in the gym. I told the receptionist that I did not feel comfortable even waiting in the gym. I waited in my car, and when finally the owner appeared about 15 minutes late, he almost yelled at me that he had to take extra time with his previous patient. Not celan, not welcoming and after all unpleasant experience. Stay away.

Very detailed and thorough in his assessments. One can tell he truly cares about his patients - thank you for helping my wife with her vertigo and balance issues!
