Vince's Motel, Sacramento CA

Very professional! And, they recognize and appreciate loyal customers! I visit them at least once per month!

Very nice place but they have some little problem with bugs but I think it was because it was hot not too many but the place was super clean I love clean places and it was so cheap and very quiet I will stay every time I go to Sacramento love it

So far I just checked in staff was friendly and quick. I don't anticipate any problems yet

This motel is not what I expected. They advertise live-in extended stay rooms but never have any available. I vouch that they do try to take care of any issues that may arise, especially ones addressed in person in their office however the condition of the rooms are not up to code, I've frequented this motel plenty of times within a years span enough to know that some rooms have roaches, some have bed bugs & if you're lucky there's just a few without pests usually those have other issues like low water pressure broken fixtures in the restroom, or the microwave or fridge barely work or are in poor condition. The safety in & around this property is at a -0% there's a lot of violence & illegal activities that surround this place, however compared to the motels nearby Vinces would be my 1st choice.

They had roaches, a building was out of service due to a fire, the toilet kept getting clogged, and the front desk otherwise known as one of the owners was completely rude. Our dog whom we paid $20 a day for ran out of the room and I didn't have a key. Since I didn't have a key they gave me a huge hassle and I had to call and wake my daughter up at 2AM so she could let them know it was ok to open the door so we could put the dog back in. Ridiculous as far as I'm concerned.

Vince's motel, what more is there to say? It was probably hopping in it's day, but unfortunately that day has long gone

This place is the worst hotel I've ever stayed it. It is extremely dirty and infested with bed bugs (yes, I woke up with bites on my arms). The place is loud and it appears there is a lot of illegal activity going on at night, and felt unsafe.

Front desk awful attitude but hey what do you expect from a motel infested with roaches and $114.00 a night expensive never will I ever I'll sleep under a bridge

It's clean the rooms are. Staff are friendly and work with you. But there was a fire a couple days so you might want to call in advance before going. But there are some open rooms it's also cheap. They've also been putting the homeless in in there with vouchers.

This is a LARGE motel. Many rooms, covering a large area, with newer units.
Had I known I could bring my best friend (Amaranth ~ dog) : I could have. THAT is 'family-friendly'!
I've read prior complaints: though there is most likely merit to them, I assess it is primarily due to the reason they were here. This motel accepts vouchers for people who have been displaced by the Sacramento weather & life's curve-balls.
This is a MOTEL: not a Hotel. I'm thinking some people are unaware of the difference.
