12I have a very comfortable apartment. Any service requestes I have had were effectively dealt with by courteous staff members. It is also a very friendly community.
I NO LONGER LIVE IN THIS COMPLEX. I MOVED ALMOST A YEAR AGO. THIS SHOWS THE INCOMPETENCE AT THIS APARTMENT.
Josh is very responsible and responsive towards our emergency as well as non urgent requests. Two thumbs up and thank you very much
Your staff name Lucy is very accommodating and friendly. She showed me around and explained everything very well.
All in all I’m happy here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I just wish the carpets in the hallways were clean.
Always a fresh odor in all door ways when you walk outside. Office people are like family. Josh is doing just great making us look beautiful. Our Manager is doing fantastic. Would like more activities to do. Bingo is now every Thursday in a month

No heat in MPR room. We shiver during meetings. Many water shut offs in various parts of the building. Many of the washers and driers work poorly or not at all. Thank you for painting the parking lot. Thank yoi for the courteous staff.
I enjoy my living here, the only lot of wecomplaint I have is
about the lighting by door six it's so.dark and we need more lighting. But other than that everything is pleasant and everyone is so nice.

Still waiting for a return call regarding a late fee charged after auto pay through Domuso paid less than the actual increased rent due. After 2 months the late fee was reversed. Then for January the late fee was credited again. When I called to inquire about it this week I was told the representative would speak to her supervisor and call me back. Still no return call? I'm concerned the second fee credited will be reversed and then another late fee will be charged incorrectly. Neither Domino or Vintage are quick to respond.
First of all, I went to the Office to notify those in charge that my toilet would not flush. This was on Thursday, July 27th, and was assured that the maintenance request would be handled immediately. Nobody came. That night, I called the Emergency phone number and left a message. Nobody responded. On Friday, I filed a Maintenance Request on line and received an email that someone would be notified as soon as they could. Nobody responded. Therefore, from Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, up until Monday when I moved out, nobody came to fix the toilet so that it would flush. Since notice was given that I would be moving out on Monday, July 31,2023 the Maintenance worker came to do a walk through. When I asked him why he did not come to fix my toilet, "He laughed. " Now, a whole month later, and after I have moved out of the apartment, I get this notice that the maintenance work has been completed.
This is an insult to me, especially since I still have not received my deposit refund, which was due, according to the Walk- Through paperwork, 21 days or 3 weeks after the move out. And I have been unfairly charged a late fee of $50 when you clearly have my $1,000 deposit from me from which to take out whatever money YOU have determined that I owe, which I don't.
So my review should show that this rental office is incompetent and the maintenance of the building is unprofessional.
Amazing from start to finish! I can not express how fast the maintenance team takes care of any issue i may have.
