Vintage at Natomas Field Senior Apartments Affordable Apartments 55+, Sacramento CA

I have lived here for almost 10 years in September. I am very grateful for finding this location to live. I live on the third floor. I love the view. I love that it is peaceful and quiet. I’ll come from Del Paso Rd Heights on Elm Street where it was noisy and gunshots all the time that does not happen here. I am thankful for the community where I live in the people that I am friends with and thankful to the management team that work here. I love it here this is my home.

Cherie and Maria are excellent managers, they listen and respond to requests quickly. Bert and Shawn keep our apartments maintained well. They are courteous and friendly and knowledgeable about repairs. Thanks.

I was visiting someone. The place is well-maintained. My relative is comfortable there and feels safe. The only sad part is that her family lived in the south part of Sacramento, not near her at all.

Wonderful staff I am highly impressed and would recommend to all. Maria was such an awesome person and so helpful during the whole experience!

I moved in here April 2023. After 3 months I got a notice that they are raising my rent. They didn't make me aware of this when I signed the least.

I am perfectly happy with all that is available to me and the staff are fantastic and always helpful, courteous, and maintenance fixes things quickly. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you managers for making this a wonderful place to live.

This is the most quiet place I've ever lived. Nice residents and decent clean apartments. If you have a maintenance issue, they handle in a reasonable amount of time. Only bad thing some don't care for is that in one bedroom units in main building you have to go through the bedroom to use the toilet. Other than that, everything is good.

Complaints falls on deaf ears. All the trees by Building Nine that were a buffer against the horrific traffic have been allowed to die. The fumes, soot, and noise are not healthy. It is my biggest complaint. Bldg. 9 is the worst building in the complex.

Just there to visit family.seem to be quite and neighbors are friendly. I could differently live here.
