VIP Grooming reviews
9Our Heddy loves her nail trim. Book your appointment online and get in on your pups needs.
VIP has the friendliest staff who all adore our fluffy little girl. Adam makes her look perfect each and every time.
Did a wonderful job grooming our husky! She’s usually very nervous and was so happy at VIP.
VIP Grooming is the best! From the moment my puppy Oliver started going there, they’ve been fantastic. The staff is super friendly and did an amazing job making Oliver comfortable with the clippers from day one. The new ownership is both friendly and professional, and I always leave with a handsome, well-groomed pup. Highly recommend for all dog owners!
VIP Grooming always does a fantastic job with Finn, my 6 year old goldendoodle. He always comes out looking beautiful and clean. Highly recommend!
VIP Grooming has earned and deserves its reputation as one of SF’s best groomers. I am lucky to live within walking distance of this location. When I take my fur baby, Charlotte, for either a nail trim or bath, they always treat her like a queen (even though she hates being groomed) and give her the best service.
They are also very ethical. The first time I booked a nail trim, Denise asked why I paid extra for a “difficult dog” and refunded me the charge. I am so excited she is one of the new owners!
I never write reviews, but I was a first time customer and my dog came back from this place with fleas and a horrible ear infection - he's never had either before. They weren't interested in trying to make things right. Overpriced haircut and now a vet bill.: (
Lancy always does a great job. She has years of experience. Staff is friendly and courteous.
Edit: With the most recent groom they gave us our dog back with a bunch of bleeding gashes. They did not even mention to us that they had cut her. If she's bleeding like that obviously they knew. They did not say sorry. I emailed them to let them know what happened and they were unapologetic and not interested in trying to make things right. Our dog already has anxiety and now she freaks out even more with getting her hair cut. I wouldn't recommend.
