Visalia DMV

Guy really made me pay online (takes 48 hours) when I could’ve done it at the office (instant) when I had already waited 30 minutes. He’s so dumb.

Fastest DMV vist ever. Check in on your phone! Skip the line! Click menu then appointments then get in line! No need to stand outside.

I was having trouble with my motorhome registration & Reyes & Toni went above & beyond to help me get it straightened out. Best help I have ever had at the DMV. So grateful for help from these people. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

The man at the front is very nice, and game me assistance of what I need to do, plus the facility looks nice

There was a line when we arrived but it moved really quickly. The people working there were very nice and helpful.

DL renewal and Real ID. Did everything online except actually physically showing my documents and taking a picture. I was there less than ten minutes.

My visit was great it was full but not packed very organized for the amount they have to deal with everyone was nice or just professional no bs or I hate my job types and they were getting people in and out very fast they even made an idiot like me feel like I knew what I was doing

Most DMV services can be a drag.not here they make it easy and much faster now. Everyone here is working hard to service the community and I appreciate all their hard work! Keep up the good work DMV Visalia!

Can't stop loving this DMV. I went at 4: 00pm on a Tuesday. I was out by 4: 10pm. Drivers license updated. Updated pic. In and out. Everyone here is great. Quick and friendly, without being overly friendly.

The DMV during the pandemic= hours of lines. Update: Lines are smaller and you get to sit inside at least wait time is not so much different tho

I gave them four stars because everyone was so nice and the place is clean. The wait was a while, even though it was their websites error, which they apologized for but I still didn't get bumped up. Then the person rushed me through very nicely and quickly. It was the best DMV customer service I've had, I also just moved to Cali so maybe it's only Kansas they are known for being intentionally rude?

Family had a terrible experience here. The staff were rude - especially the woman who is responsible for driving tests. She made the driver stop in the middle of an intersection while completing a legal! Turn, putting both the driver and other vehicles in danger.she should not be responsible for testing new drivers. Hope this can be rectified for people's safety.
