This was my first service and they were awesome. They were faster than other dealerships I use and I asked for a wash and they went ahead and washed and were communicative of when my car was ready.

Beware when buying a used vehicle from that lot, I purchased a used Acura about a month ago and within a week I got a check engine light. I had to spend $1000 on a catalytic converter. I strongly recommend that you take an OBD scanner when purchasing a used vehicle there. I over paid for the vehicle and already have had an issue with it. I contacted the management and the service department and they have done nothing about it.

I was in contact with Daniel before I physically had made my way in. The process was so quick and painless, I already knew the numbers and had my car picked out before I stepped foot in the door. From there Cristian was my go to guy and took the time to explain all new features and how they worked with my new Tucson. And Lizeth tied everything up with a nice bow. Considering the event that caused me to need a car in the first place I was so glad this was stress free and so quick!

Great experience! Roma was absolutely amazing she took time out of what she had going on to make sure that my needs were met! She made a plan with me for my appointment since it was in the middle of my work day she made sure to have transportation for me to get back to work and then at the end of my day take me back to the dealership, she also kept me very updated and in the loop with everything that was going on during my service, she is the best advisor I could of had and my experience was beyond amazing, definitely recommend!

Miguel O was very friendly and helpful and understanding he help me get a new car for me and my daughter I'm very thankful for all his hard work in helping us. All the staff there are very friendly. Vanessa in Finance was great also. The lady in the big office was helpful getting me the payments I could do.

I wasn't there long. My car was serviced and I was on my way fairly quickly. Bathrooms were immaculate and functioning - a rarity at ANY service department. Staff was helpful and friendly. I will go back to Visalia for the duration of my leased Hyundai from now on.

Tommy Chan was our sells representative! We purchased a 2023 Hyundai Tucson from him! He was personable, patient and courteous! We knew Hyundai was a quality product, but Mr Chan was a quality person. We are very happy with our purchase and with the staff at Visalia Hyundai! Stacy Silva was a great Saleswoman because she went above and beyond to help us get a vehicle. Stacy was very helpful and NOT PUSHY we need more Sales Personnel like her definitely.
