Visalia Imaging & Open MRI reviews
13Today was my first time going VIP specialist. The staff was amazing great atmosphere. The doctor was explained everything that he was going to do to were I could understand. Throughout my procedure he and his staff talked to me the whole time. I highly recommend this VIP SPECIALIST. Thanks everyone
Horrible place my appointment was at 10: 20 I stayed till 11: 00. I had to reschedule. Seems like they don't like their patients
Nathan that does MRI'S was so kind and accommodating! He tries to make you so comfortable he was amazing!
This is the ONLY PLACE I GO TO ️. The staff are always kind, caring, professional AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU MATTER. I’m truly grateful for these people because they REALLY DO CARE. I have great respect for these people. They treat you with respect and you DO NOT FEEL LIKE YOUR JUST SOMEONE DOING BUSINESS ️️
On 2 completely different occasions in the past 2 weeks I waited 2 plus hours to get an x-ray and right before it was my turn, the x-ray machine stopped working. I'm a new mom and getting out of the house without my baby costs me money and my time to have someone babysit while I'm away. It's very frustrating. I know x-rays are only walk ins and not allowed to be scheduled, but I wish I was offered an appointment for the hassle of this happening to me twice.
Dr Hightower and staff gave great care, professional, compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable.
I will preface this to say, I've never written a review of anything on the internet. I am new to the Tulare/Visalia area and was referred there by my doctor. I have several health issues and as such, I have had my fair share of MRI's. This is one of THE best MRI experiences I've ever had from the very beginning to the end. My scheduler Devon is one of the kindest persons I've encountered in a medical practice. She made me feel like we had all the time in the world, she never rushed me or made me feel like just another $ to be made. She answered every question I had and personally called the day before to remind me of my appointment and that I can't eat or drink. The front desk girls were quite a stark contrast. They felt very unwelcoming and cold. They closed the glass window before I could even finish my sentence. My MRI scanner Loraina was so nice and very funny. She also took the time to answer my last minute questions. Overall a great experience!
I was 10 min.late for a 4: 00 appt. And understand I was late. But they were so rude and refused to take me for an ultrasound to see if I have a blood clot. No explanation that they were busy or short staff. Just a lady standing at the counter looking like she was waiting to go home. Now would you trust the quality of their work?
This place sucks walked in at for a chest Xray only 3 people ahead of me 2 hours later still waiting maybe you'll should make appointment foe Xray people because apparently it needs to be done
Came in for x-rays and it took 2.5 hours to be called in. After it took another 40 min to recieve our disc to take with us.
Was told it would be 5 min after. This place sucks. So glad I wasn't in pain and having to wait for this place to help me out.
I came for an x-ray. All x-rays are walk-ins. They called a lady before me who walked in after me. When I asked a receptionist about it she responded rudely.
The person scheduling gave the wrong info telling me to be there an hour before my appointment, front desk did not tell tech I needed sedation, and i had to wait over 45min to get a disc because the first person never processed the request. On the other hand, the MRI techs were great and easy to talk to, very informative as well, and the machines are better than others I've been in. So basically you have to tolerate the front desk but after that all is well.
Arrived for my 6: 30am appointment at 6: 40am, checked in and filled out the I-pad document. 10 minutes called in for my Ultrasound. 20 minutes later I was done. Receptionist and the Technician was friendly. Great service with no waiting.
