Top notch all the way! Professional yet personable. Extremely good at what they do (Mac or PC) and they explain everything in a way I can understand. VQIS does remote monthly maintenance on my work laptop (windows), as well as takes care of my family’s non-work iMacs when we have issues. I trust them so much that I’m willing to drive an hour and a half to bring them my computers if they need to fix hardware issues. Fast turn around with status updates along the way. All with a friendly attitude and a great sense of humor, which is always a plus!

I was having issues with Outlook. I am self employed as a Realtor and Outlooks is my bible. I don't like mail and gmail. I reached out to Vision Quest immediately and they were able to remote in and fix the issue in a little over an hour. Rates are very reasonable and customer service is outstanding! I had a virtual consult with Vision Quest about my computers and they are very knowledgeable about older and current systems, incl laptops, printers (and even a phone question!). My IT tech was helpful with technical information on specific questions I had about my existing super-outdated computer setup and also on future purchases to update our family's tech needs for the adults and also for our kids who now need laptops for schooling and for coding games. I got advice for printer types for our home. Overall, I highly recommend Vision Quest for their expertise, personable employees, and great helpfulness!

I have been the Office Manager at a very large dental practice for 20 years. Vision Quest Information Systems (VQIS) became our computer network and system specialist in about 2005. Over the years our office used several other computer support companies before VQIS. However, the other companies just didn’t have the level of expertise that we needed. When we hired VQIS it was night and day difference. The company has multiple people that work for them. Each of them has blown us away with how smart they are. They quickly solved any and all issues we were having. They even understood the dental software we were using and were able to advise us on upcoming changes In HIPPA computer requirements so that we were prepared and ready. They made sure that digital security software was secure and essential data software backup systems and protocols were set up. Anything that came up they quickly resolved.

I have recommended VQIS to 2 other dental practice owners since the original dentist I worked for retired. Each dentist owner experienced the same great service and top quality expertise! The network specialist even able to set up remote access for employees and the dentist to work from home years before the 2020 COVID rush to work from home came upon the world. They were able to set up the network with top encryption and a VPN, Virtual Private Network, making it so that our network was not even able to be seen, which protected the data even further. Whether it was setting up individual scanners at each workstation or problem shooting when our xray software was not working. VQIS has fixed any and all problems we ever had. They are honest, thorough, smart and communicate clearly each and every time they find an issue. I honestly think all their employees are some of the smartest people I have ever met in my life.
