Vista, San Jose CA

Second week and I can not reach out leasing office. They are just playing with prices. Ridiculous pricing (+10% CPI) for what they are offer.

Vista is a nice apartment complex that I have been at for a year now, my favorite part about it is the walk around with a pathway, trees, grass, breeze, and shade! It’s super nice to walk around with family and enjoy the sun as well as the complex pool area!

Its 5 stars if you are searching for methamphetamine. 1 star if your searching apartment.

My husband and I had an incredibly poor experience touring at Vista Apartments. Tim (I believe that was his name), the leasing agent/property manager was incredibly off putting. I can't imagine how residents are treated if they treat prospective residents how we were. From the initial call confirming our tour I was put off by his tone, but I thought it I'd give the place the benefit of the doubt. When you arrive there is no parking because they allow residents to park in the two future resident parking spots available. The leasing center is behind gates as it is a gated community; however, we were not given any instructions/a code to get in so we had to wait until a car exited the lot to get through. The community is very loud due to being right next to a very busy street and freeway. Probably could've overlooked that, but definitely could not overlook Tim's attitude and demeanor. He answered every single question with a condescending response. I sat there in disbelief, that someone in a sales/customer service role behaved that way. I was over the entire experience, and had my husband go back in after our self guided tour to grab my ID so I didn't have to deal with him again. I much rather take my business to a community that maintains some professionalism.

I've lived here for almost a year now, and I really like this place. The apartments are spacious, the community is well maintained, and the manager Desiree is the best manager I've ever come across, and so are the maintenance guys Ted and Gabriel. In all, everyone is very helpful, and they go above and beyond to ensure residents are taken care of.

The only drawback I can think of, is that it's next to a Harley Davidson showroom and the freeway - so noise can be an issue.

I’ve lived here for two years now and I just want to say Desiree and her team Ted and Gabriel are the BEST! They are always going above and beyond what to make us comfortable and fix whatever we needed. I can’t thank them enough for making our first home a great experience. Thank you all so much for all you do. Don’t hesitate & don’t listen to old reviews because if I did I would’ve never met such an awesome team!
