4Great spacing. Just beware utilities are not included in rent and swimming pool won't be up and running until MAYBE next year.
The truth has a lousy administration there is never anyone in the office. They charge maintenance in the duck lake on the rent bill. And it has been without water for more than 1 year and without working my worst experience in housing was here I do not recommend it aaa when you leave so you give the apartment 10/10 they deduct a lot of money from the deposit
Spacious apartments with beautiful willow trees hanging. Unfortunately there isn’t a lot of sunlight but the creek, ducks and other amenities make up for it.
The walls are pretty thin so you gotta sound proof the rooms.
I want to say in my personal experience this place is good. I have had a great experience with management Ruthy is great always available to answer any questions I've had. She is kind and very patient always making sure that when you leave her office all your questions and concerns have been answered. I have no complaints.
