A small shopping area: autozone, panda express, Ice cream parlor, gym, Mel's diner and mattress store that just currently open.

This is a nice clean and safe place to shop. There were several different shops, people were friendly. I don't visit San Pablo often, but every time I have been there, I feel safe. The city is pretty well maintained, don't get me wrong, every city has a bad side, but the bad is definitely kept to a minimum!

Always very crowded, takes forever to get in and then get out, not enough exits.

It's hard getting around this parking lot due to all the Amazon vans. They are the rudest drivers
