I was interested in a 2011 Lexus Lx470 I saw at Car Gurus. Mariana provided excellent customer service from the moment I got there. She was very knowledgeable of the features and most importantly honest. She was polite, professional and not pushy for the sake of a sale but rather she laid out all the options in my making the right decision.

I drove about an hour to test drive the vehicle. When I ultimately decided on pass on this particular one, she offered me a number of similar offerings within the same price range and similar features I was seeking. She again, did not push me for the sake of her making a sale, instead gave me the a vast amount of information for me to me a sound decision. I did not make the purchase but instead I was left impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and A+ customer service. Purchased a Ford for $50k, drove it 2,000 miles and it has been at Ford for 3 months now. Just got deemed unfixable by Ford.
The manager Luis and the Owner Samer both have refused to provide any paperwork from the transaction.
Shady and illegal business practices. Will keep this review updated with legal action updates
