3 I received an excellent tour from Madison at Vista Pointe I!
Madison was very friendly, professional, and provided all necessary details of the property along with some helpful recommendations. In addition to the unit itself, she gave me a tour of all the amenities provided and thoroughly answered all of the questions I had.
I really enjoyed my tour from Madison and I believe any tenant would be lucky to have her as their property manager at Vista Pointe I.
While I didn't ultimately end up renting here, the onsite property manager, Madison, went above and beyond to show me the unit I was interested in on her day off. I was very pleased to encounter management that actually invested in cultivating a relationship with tenants, both current and prospective. This place does things the right way, and the value truly can't be beat for the location!
My roommate and I have lived at Vista Pointe 1 for about 6 months now, and it has been nothing short of amazing. This is especially because of our on-site manager Terrell! He was one of the big reasons as to why we chose this building over any others. He helped make the move in process VERY smooth and easy for us. Since then, he has always been there to help with anything we could possibly need. He’s been a joy to get to know and to have around!
