Vista Sun Apartments

Ive lived here 2 years and in my 3rd. The trash is disgusting and overflows out the dumpster because there arent enough trash pick ups. This creates cockroaches all over the complex outdoors. Gross. My lawyer is filling against the property and manager for dangerous concrete and wood left laying around for repairs, giving one week notice for my stair repairs (requiring me to stay somewhere else with improper notice, being served leasing information dated on the 1st when it was served on the 9th, charging me $ for a service animal (which is a discrimination violation), And charging me $ to fix a fence with nothing but someones word I broke it. This is a terrible place to live and you will be disrespected legally and harassed by the management. On the flip side all my neighbors are wonderful, and Im friends with the majority of the people living here. Don't move here, its not worth the terrible management, you will be treated like you live in Tijuana, not California.

I see alot a bad reviews but i dont share that experience at all.
The most common review is roaches. Ive never seen any roaches as most of the bad reviews mention. Im guessing tenants that just had issues with office.

Anything that needs fixing, the office has literally jumped on it including replacing kitchen oven when it died, iand light bulbs for ceiling light. They actually encourage tenants to request fixing anything that needs fixing soon as its needed without any delays.
The spaces are small and yes rent was cheaper when i 1st moved in but water and trash are never free. Either buildings include it or itemize so you can see exactly what your paying which is what vista sun offers. I dont get how anyone thinks appartment buildings dont pay for water.compare the apartments in same area it really is cost efficient, very clean, includes a parking spot which im soo greatfull for because the street parking is always full by the time i get home at night.
The building has updated new roofs, new staircases, painted every building with all new mod.colors, updated landscaping, rejuvenated the pool area, and the front office is renovated nicely, even the laundry room has been renovated.
If the building mgmt team didnt actually care, none of the new upgrades would have happened at all.
I appreciate all the effort and work and i can easily see the office is striving to make things better.
There are too many run down waaay over priced dives in same area that have no intention on rejuvenating the place.
I do need to move because i want a bigger place but i doubt anyplace will care as much as vista sun to make the building better.
