I've been shopping at this store since I went with my mother as a child and they've always had excellent customer service. They also are very friendly and knowledgeable about anything vacuum or sewing related.

I brought my Singer Heavy Duty to get serviced here. It was making a weird noise and the knob wouldn’t turn. I was very pleased with the turnaround time & service provided! Owner was friendly and welcoming.
Very happy I didn’t have to buy a whole new machine.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Our repair guys didn’t have the piece to repair our Vacuum therefore he send us to this place. He told us it wasn’t a big deal but it as to be done with a Miele repair service.
Once we got there we talk to a women, we explained to her that our Vacuum needed a piece to be change for our power cords. She try to start our Vacuum even if we told her it will not start unless we change this piece. She just told us no your vacuum is to old, which we bought in 2014.when they sale them to you they are guaranteed to last at least 20 years! Same when you look online, and in Europe! It is a Miele $900 Vacuum.
Anyway we explained to her that our repair guy told us that we only need to change 1 piece but she repeatedly say it is $50 (49,95!) to look at it but i’m telling you it is the motor and it is probably dead. We told her no the motor is fine but she say 3 times, that our vacuum is old and the motor is dead. We were like ok she just wanted to sales us another vacuum therefore we left.
At the end we bought the piece for $20 and repaired the Vacuum ourselves, now our vacuum work perfectly, no need to buy another one.

I am very disapointed of this facility.
I took my sewing machine for a quote and see how much it will be to fix the broken nub, the front guy told me that he cannot tell me an exact amount or a price since they had to order the broken piece, (he told me to leave the machine) I was okay thats fine then I left the machine and left. He told he will call me to let me know if they find the piece and how much it would be, 3 days pass.nothing, I was just wondering so I called again to see if they have any information, he said that he already order the piece but they haven't found it, and that he will call me back for an updated. 1 1/2 week passed, received a voice mail saying that my machine was ready to pick up at anytime. (I was very surprised because they didn't even bother to let me know they found the piece and how much it will be) thinking wow thats nice they found the piece and fix it cool. TO my surprised I got there and same guy told me that it's not been fixed because they couldn't found the piece but the maintaince service was $49.99. I didn't asked for a maintance service I asked to fix it. So now I'm stuck at the same spot with a broken machine. But! They did get $49.99 out of me!
I will find another place.

Very reasonable pricing, had two of my sewing machine repaired within 2 weeks. Took my Phaff embroidery machine to a different repair company, they wanted almost double what they charged me for both. Thank-you for the fast turn around.

This shop is amazing, honest, efficient, competitive prices and quick turnaround time! They fix it all and they sell alot of products as well!

I always get great service here. At least we can still fix vacuum cleaners. I just bought this refurbished unit with a warranty!
